The blue-colored room was rather dated, with no carpeting and ambient lighting more suited to a bunker. For €135 a night, I think one could expect better.

A very nice-looking hotel, but it didn't live up to expectations. We had a double bed with two mattresses, one of which had collapsed springs. There was no hot water available, neither at 11 pm nor in the morning before breakfast. The Google Maps link didn't take us to the hotel, but probably to the nearest parking lot.

Excellent hotel, perfect welcome, I recommend it and I will return.

It's a shame the restaurant is closed in the evening, especially since there are very few alternatives.

A very warm welcome, although it was a bit busy for breakfast, but everything was handled well by the managers. I recommend it.

Excellent hotel: welcome, room, service.

The top bunk was poorly assembled and unstable. The elevator didn't provide a direct route; you had to stop on the 3rd floor to walk through a corridor and then climb the stairs. The double bed had two uncomfortable mattresses. The shower was very large, but the toilet was very small, especially if you have long legs. Towels were provided. The room was very cold. It was very clean. There were plenty of power outlets. The breakfast was rather average compared to the usual continental breakfast. The service lacked convenience. The pastries were mass-produced. A toaster was available. Hot and cold items, both sweet and savory, were offered. There was no cheese. The product descriptions were unclear (was there fruit juice?). The setting was pleasant, and the staff very friendly. It was quiet, with excellent soundproofing. The location was ideal for watching a rugby match.

Pleasant stay but the price was twice as high as the one shown on Booking.

Friendly welcome, good service, breakfast OK. Room a bit dated and very small beds. Shower OK.

I didn't appreciate being woken up in the middle of the night by another guest entering my room. The bathroom ceiling is covered in mold stains.

I highly recommend this establishment in the center of Oyonnax for the quality of its welcome and its accommodation: recent, functional room with appreciable little extras (Nespresso coffee maker and its capsules, kettle with sachet available), very clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom very well organized and equipped with all the necessary comforts. As for the meal, I will not be able to comment because I only had a fresh fruit dessert which was generous and delicious.

Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe, die Toilette ist in einer kleinen Nische angebracht wo mann als Erwachsener Mensch sich nicht hinsetzen kann.
Selbst wenn mann vielleicht nur 1,50 Meter groß ist.
Wie kann man so etwas planen?
Ausserdem war das Badezimmer in einem schmutzigem Zustand.
Alles andere war in Ordnung
Die junge Frau die den Empfang, Theke, und den Service gemacht hat war mehr als kompetent!
Dafür ein großes Lob!
Wir waren auf unserer Motorrad Tour durch Frankreich bis jetzt 4 Logis Häusern und immer sehr zufrieden.

Everything is fine except for the staff management!!! In the morning, the young woman was alone, serving breakfast to guests from all over the hotel. The poor woman was doing her best, but I think management has a serious tendency towards exploitative treatment!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The hotel was adequate. It's a shame there was renovation work going on during our stay. Breakfast was a bit meager at 9 am on Sunday (some items were missing). The staff were very friendly and professional.

No restaurant in the evening and warned when sitting down to eat on a Saturday evening.

Hotel under construction without warning. TV broken. Breakfast very different from the photos. Staff had to be asked to restock breakfast despite their visits to the coffee machine.

CATASTROPHIC. HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. MANY PROBLEMS WITH CARDS THAT DEMAGNETIZED EACH TIME THEY WERE USED. CLOSED TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD UNDERGROUND CAR PARK BECAUSE IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THESE CARDS. BETTER EVEN: TWO INCURSIONS INTO OUR ROOM AND IN OUR PRESENCE BY GUESTS BECAUSE OF DOUBLE BOOKING. FOLLOWING OUR COMPLAINT ON SATURDAY EVENING, THE STAFF MADE THE DECISION TO OFFER US BREAKFAST. LUCKILY WE DIDN'T PAY FOR IT BECAUSE AT 9 AM, THERE WERE NO MORE PASTRIES, ONLY ONE BAGUETTE, SOME LEFTOVERS AND AT LEAST 25 PEOPLE STILL PRESENT IN THE DINING ROOM. MORALITY / WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN THE HOTEL BUSINESS, YOU DON'T DO IT OR ELSE YOU CLOSE DURING THE WORK/..... THE LURE OF PROFIT IS CLEARLY TOO STRONG. SORRY, BUT STAY OF SHIT....

We were very well received, the food is always excellent, and we always sleep well.

We were satisfied with our room and its comfort. One small downside was the bed, which creaked a little.

The hotel was under construction, so it was difficult to get a good impression. There were repeated power outages on Sunday morning.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the carpet was old, dirty and impregnated with the smell of cold tobacco. The walls and doors need to be repainted, the corridors are old and not very inviting.

No Wi-Fi at the rooms. The room service did not top up the milk, tea bags etc in the room

Fast and efficient service

Pleasant hotel, dynamic and efficient team.

The establishment is very old-fashioned; it is currently being renovated but is still in a very poor state. The toilets on the ground floor (restaurant) are dilapidated and, above all, filthy—enough to make you not want to go in! What keeps things running smoothly is the staff, who are truly attentive and dedicated.

Good value for money. Breakfast needs to be reviewed (no bread, no more pancakes). Very little choice.

A charming hotel, spacious and comfortable room. We really appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker for a little coffee in the room. The bathroom has a really big shower that closes with hot water and great pressure! The staff is welcoming, from arrival to breakfast. They bend over backwards for us. We highly recommend this stopover in Oyonnax.

Motorcycle storage is available next to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I connected to Wi-Fi after scanning the copied password code, and then I couldn't proceed any further. Why not have a simpler network name and password?
