The hotel appears new and is well maintained. The rooms are clean and adequately spacious. The breakfast room is cozy, though a bit small, and the breakfast selection is average but reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was diminished by the unpleasant interactions with a staff member who appeared to be the manager. Her communication style was brusque, bordering on aggressive, and entirely out of place in a hospitality setting. As someone who spends six months each year living in hotels worldwide for work, I am not accustomed to being addressed in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Her attitude left a lasting negative impression and completely overshadowed what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay. We will not be returning.
