Attentive and caring, perfect
A wonderful discovery! Pleasant setting, attentive staff, a hotel perfectly in tune with the character of Quintin! Much more enjoyable than the big hotel chains. Refreshing during a business trip.
The best thing about this hotel is its central, quiet location. It's so relaxing. The breakfast is delicious, and the creative chef's cuisine is a real highlight. Every meal is a culinary discovery, even the dinner menu, and it's a true delight.
The hotel reflects the village itself: charm, character, and authenticity. I recommend staying there.
The restaurant is excellent, the hotel is a bit dated but remains comfortable and very pleasant.
I enjoyed this place as a stopover. My room wasn't very big but it was very comfortable. The restaurant was really good with quality food. The only downside is that you can hear the doors and voices. The soundproofing isn't great! I recommend it and will come back on my next trip to the area. (No dedicated parking at the hotel but there is space to park nearby)

Very pleasant stay and very warm welcome
Perfectly located in the quiet centre of town. Staff were brilliant. Very welcoming and attentive. We ate in the restaurant which was the meal of our holiday. All the dishes were fresh, inventive and utterly delicious. Tom was very spacious with a good sized private bathroom. Breakfast again, was fresh with local produce. Next time we're up there we'll defibrillator stay here again.
A charming, characterful establishment in the pretty town of Quintin, offering excellent dining for a quality overnight stay! The staff was attentive and friendly. Congratulations to the chef for his gourmet menu, offering a more than satisfactory price-quality ratio. A lovely terrace and a delicious breakfast.
Well-located hotel with easy parking. Friendly and welcoming staff. Dogs welcome. Good bedding. Large family room with dressing room. Old-fashioned decor.
Parking problem. Hot water doesn't come right away, you have to wait a while for it to heat up. Breakfast time too late on Sunday 8:30 a.m. even though it was stated open from 8 a.m., even if it was written in the room. Room too old. Pillow not great.
Very good home cooking
A truly wonderful stop in a very typical town. The hotel/restaurant is ideally located in the center of Quintin. The air is filled with the scent of beautiful stone and woodwork, typical of charming houses. A peaceful place where you can enjoy a good night's sleep after a delicious meal paired with carefully selected wines.
