Restaurant l'Auberge d'Antan

Very good for a short stay and an evening at the Auberge d'Antan. Very comfortable bed, decent bathroom. Very good breakfast. Perfect welcome. On the other hand, the living room is impractical, no TV, smells of old, probably due to humidity (no opening to ventilate, no VMC, moldy ceiling in a corner).

Good base from which explore the area. Clean.
Reception very helpful. But.....whole place dated and rundown, needs a complete refurbishment, walls very thin so could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms, smell of woodsmoke from next door restaurant in the evening. Needs a kettle and fridge in room. Breakfast very poor

Quiet establishment, in a green setting. The rooms are spacious. The bedding is very comfortable. The rooms and common areas are very old and authentic.

We stayed at the Hotel Logis Chateau Beauregard to attend a wedding in the area. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were very helpful. I would like to mention Carlos especially who took the time to tell us about the area and recommend restaurants and activities.

Not enough hot water to take a bath. SPA reservation not taken into account by email on the Logis website. Preference for access to the SPA for non-residents.

Charming. To discover: the inn and the SPA area in the stables. On the other hand, Booking.com is much more expensive than directly at the hotel!

Great stay with 1 plus for the spa, very friendly welcome. Not forgetting the restaurant which is really worth the detour.

1st experience very good, 2nd not the same room and very average considering the price

Limited staff left only late check in... No bar... No onsite restaurant Monday night.... Only drinks available from a locked fridge in reception...only accessible when receptionist on duty...

Very pleasant stay with a very friendly team, hotel and restaurant. The hotel remains a beautiful, old property, with old parquet floors, old tiles in the bathroom which give it its charm but also an old hotel ''comfort''

Faded grandeur. There is a lot of work to be done to make this place in any way luxurious. As it is, it’s “ok” but some things are very bad:
Pool area really unpleasant to use with uncomfortable old furniture and thousands of mosquitoes
Power cuts literally every 20-30 minutes throughout our stay
Doors and windows need replacing with rotten old wood on the frames

However
Agnes on front of house is excellent, so helpful and accommodating
Breakfast was very nice with a good selection
The restaurant right next door is phenomenal

The photos on Booking are not at all representative of reality. The hotel is rustic, little soundproofing, there is a lack of convenience outside the room. It is really very disappointing overall considering the price.

This is a gem! The hotel is magnificent, the welcome is perfect!

A room with a ceiling that is too low, under the eaves... windows and curtains closed with a fan to avoid the heat...

N’est pas digne d’un établissement 3 étoiles, personnel antipathique, parties communes qui sentent l’humidité, chambres absolument pas insonorisées (bouchons d’oreilles anti-bruit dans la table de chevet !), pas d’ascenseur, installation vétuste, nous avons écourté d’une nuit notre séjour.

Pleasant stay at the hotel, we stayed 3 nights and had dinner at the inn. It was fabulous. We were very well received. The breakfasts were varied. We ate well, it was perfect.

Only issue, booked hotel as it advertised pool open from April.
When we arrived the pool was still covered and out of use.

Excellent idea to give author names to the rooms and to be able to consult some of the works of these authors. Relaxing setting.
