We arrived late in evening, the hotel was closed, no one was around though lights were on night mode. We didn't receive any email or contact number, no information about how to get the key for our pre-booked and fully paid room. There were 2 of us adults and our child. We were waiting and knocking the door about 40 minutes. No one appeared. We had to drive all night.
APPALLING LET DOWN!

Nice hotel, the overnight package was perfect. I booked the premium room and it was really spacious. My only complaint is that the window overlooks the street and there's a slight lack of soundproofing.

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside, but we were a little disappointed with the interior. The hotel is a bit outdated.

Woke up in the middle of the night to a fire alarm going off. No one could be reached. I ended up turning it off myself and wandering through the hotel looking for a fire. Found nothing; it was a false alarm. The hotel owner's response the next morning: "Desolate." I couldn't even manage a cup of coffee to compensate for the lack of sleep!

Very welcoming and very clean. A quality room.

Humanly very good services and attention, the area for improvement is essentially the aging building environment, showers, access to the upper floors via via ferrata type stairs, bed slats that collapsed at the first half turn in the bed... and the railway line which requires leaving the windows closed in hot weather under sloping roofs

Good location south of Metz, modernized rooms… the owner was very friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was very good, even if the ambiance was a bit dated.

Evening stopover not guaranteed, dinner could not be served because arrival at 9 p.m. This point should be mentioned on the site when booking

Friendly welcome by the manager, I stayed there for a stopover evening. The room was recently renovated with great taste. Dinner and breakfast were perfect, in the form of a buffet for starters and for breakfast, we really found something to satisfy us. The dish for dinner was good, nothing to say! I will return to this well-located establishment with parking lots for easy parking.

This is a place to stay that you have to do! The welcome, the bedding and the food are great!! and the rooms are really nice
