We chose this biker relay, from October 6 to 8, for a very pleasant stay in the Basque Country. Very warm welcome from the owners and their team, who listen to customers. Very nice setting, peaceful, rooms with good bedding, half-board dinners, no menu for the evening... If we have the opportunity, we will come back.

Friendly hotel in a pleasant setting. I chose this hotel because it was listed as a "biker lodge"... Unfortunately it is not a biker lodge. there is no covered or enclosed space to park a motorcycle; the bike has to sleep outside in the parking lot... in the humidity, in the rain... Too bad

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, family atmosphere, top management and staff, very good meals and breakfasts. We will come back with pleasure.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful, magical place in the heart of the Basque country, and close to Saint Jean Pied de Port and Iraty. The beds are very comfortable and the gastronomy is high quality. We were also able to enjoy the spa, the swimming pool and the beautiful autumn sun.

A very warm welcome from all the staff. Very good bedding, very nice bathroom. Nothing to say. Correct evening meal and very good and generous breakfast. There were 5 of us and we are all very satisfied

Matig vriendelijk ontvangst. Veel vriendelijkheid bij het ontbijt. Chapeau voor de kok; heerlijk. Douche gedeelte zat onder het schuine dak. Niet echt top. Parkeren voor de deur. Prachtige omgeving. Helaas dramatische wifi.

Spacious room in a very quiet location surrounded by nature

Solo hablan Francés, ni inglés, ni español , lamentable que esto ocurra en un establecimiento turístico.

Nothing was too much trouble, including getting drinks served outside by the river.
This is a rural location so knowledge of some basic French, Spanish or Basque would be helpful, or a translation app. There is no wifi so if you need to use your phone you will need data.Special mention for Chloe and sister Analise who were very friendly and helpful in the dining area.
Room service was daily and efficient.
Everyone was very nice and professional especially in the busy summer period.
The area is very beautiful and being able to sir by the river and relax was wonderful.
