Séjour très agréable au milieu de la campagne, le SPA est également TOP (sur réservation)

we have known this establishment for a long time, everything is good, just to point out that the 2 twin beds are very tight and therefore the comfort would be perfect if they were wider (1.20) or juxtaposed, thus making a large comfortable bed.

A hotel perfectly located in the village with parking, a green esplanade with a view of the valley. The staff is really friendly, attentive, meeting the expectations of its customers.

Lovely quiet hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very friendly helpful staff. A beautiful location with fabulous views. The food was excellent. And you have a cat who is adorable and its so nice to see him being treated as one of the family. The only downside to the whole stay was the wifi - very hit and miss and once you stepped outside the hotel it was virtually non-existent.

A beautiful, wonderfully located house with lovely hosts. Good starting point for hikes at 1000m above sea level and a relaxing landscape. And in the evening the bells of the grazing Salers cattle lull you to sleep. Very calming.

The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, the rooms are very nice and the landscape beautiful. Honestly, nothing to complain about. I would come back and for longer.

We had a good stay, however we really regret the shutters or exterior blinds which are essential given the heat of the summer months now. Given this we would be hesitant to return another time. It's a shame. We understand that there is no air conditioning in a listed village but shutters? We had 30 degrees all week to sleep! Everything else was very good.

Upon arrival, the welcome is warm, the smile is present. Everything is well thought out for well-being. The setting is magnificent, the geographical location at the top. On the restaurant side, excellent cuisine and very good value for money. Thank you 👍

Improvised stop on the return from our vacation. This hotel is very well located, pleasant with a spacious and very clean room, with a very practical lift. We had dinner in the establishment and discovered quality local products. Breakfast is standard. In summary, we greatly enjoyed this short stay and we highly recommend it...

Very well kept hotel located in the heart of the pretty village of Salers with a magnificent view. Very friendly welcome and good food with local products.

Charming hotel very nice and very comfortable

When we arrived, we had the unpleasant surprise to find that our reservation (made two months earlier) had not been validated, despite a confirmation email, with a valid reservation number. The manager of the hotel and her daughter nevertheless helped us out, by calling a hotel and finding us a room (a feat in the middle of August), in a small village a few minutes from Salers, very pleasant. We stayed there for two nights and returned to the ramparts, with a family room with a view of the valley that the managers had reserved for us. I would like to point out that we remained calm and stoic, (anger having only negative and counterproductive effects), and that we sought to find a solution, helped by the director and her daughter who were visibly in the embarrassment, they were very efficient and accommodating, even offering us a gesture of goodwill for a future stay. I would like to thank them. (A priori, they told us that they had already had several recent problems with the reservation, perhaps a computer problem at the reservation center?). Maybe one day we will have the answer to this mistake? Our stay (a bit hectic) was ultimately very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the breathtaking view and the comfort of the hotel.
