The hotel was concerned because the booking was made through Logis. They assigned a room, supposedly requested by us, which turned out to be completely unsuitable (bathroom without a private area, etc.). They were given another room for an additional fee. What a shame!

A beautiful spot nestled among the pine trees. Excellent quality meals. A calm and relaxing place.

A very warm welcome, friendly service, and excellent quality, with helpful wine recommendations. However, two errors were pointed out when the bill arrived, and I requested a correction. I was charged for three set menus instead of two, and, more importantly, a €42 wine, "L'Altineo," instead of a standard Fondreche at €26. This simply requires a bit more attention to detail in the billing, as this is my third stay at this hotel. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant time here in Bédoin.

Overall, an excellent stay, with special attention given to the cycling group who were out on their route on the day of check-out. My only suggestion for improvement, in my opinion, was the buffet; the variety of savory items was very limited.

This hotel has a really nice deal to it, great people, great food and all in all feels very welcoming, this is the third time I’ve stayed here over 5-6 years and we really love it, a special place which is hard to find these days.

We were looking for a place to stay to visit the area around Mont Ventoux and we stumbled upon the Hôtel des Pins by chance. Chance did things very well because we can describe our stay as perfect: welcome, accommodation and catering: everything is perfect.

Unfortunately my room wasn’t ready on arrival, it was 36°+ at the time of arrival and after an 8 hour journey I was not even offered a glass of water while I waited in the heat. When the room was finally ready an hour later nobody bothered to let me know. I found this to be rather poor service.

The establishment is well-appointed and beautifully decorated, from the exterior to the living areas and bedrooms. One improvement would be to install a blackout curtain on the shower-side window of room 22. The staff is friendly and attentive.
