Hotel très bien situé pour découvrir cette belle ville de Florac. Nous logions dans une chambre avec une très bonne literie et des volets occultant appreciable pour bien dormir. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel est vraiment charmant et aux petits soins, plein d attentions.
The staff were very friendly, and the establishment was very clean. Two points to note: the restaurant menu (the only menu offered that evening) was well-presented but bland. The pike-perch was frozen with a tasteless and almost non-existent beurre blanc sauce. Upon arrival, there was toilet paper left in the restroom.

We received a very warm welcome; the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean, clearly recently renovated. We were able to use the garage for our bicycles. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring local products.

VERY GOOD. Very welcoming and helpful staff, generous and varied breakfast, excellent evening meal. A big thank you to everyone. As in many accommodation establishments, it would be welcome to have more hooks or shelves in the bathroom and in the bedroom to store small personal belongings.

In the morning we took the last two pastries, they were never renewed even for the next 4 people! We realized the next day that the ETIK value had only been calculated on dinner and breakfast and without taking into account the amount of the room paid in advance!

Very nice discovery. Quality cuisine. Quiet, clean hotel, welcoming and friendly staff. We were able to check in well before 3 p.m. Everything was perfect and we will return. One small detail, the sign indicating the hotel is not very visible.
I was delighted with my stay at this establishment, both for the welcome I received, the outdoor facilities and the comfort of the quiet studio, which is also well located for easy access both by car and on foot. The restaurant is also worth a visit, with its delicious cuisine.

The manageress was so complete in providing us with our customer service needs during our four nights stay. Dinners and breakfasts were of very high quality. A spacious bedroom (16) with a lounge-settee plus a table and chairs was greatly appreciated in their main building, which offered a lift. A choice of pillows was a great joy. Private off street car parking was very much to our liking. Thanks too for the adjoining large garden area in we could relax during the warm autumn afafternoons. Ceiling lighting in our room was a definite bonus, as it is rarely included in multi-storey buildings. Thanks again.

We had a bit of trouble finding the accommodation as it is set about 50 metres off the main road (and you had to be looking backwards to see the sign). Cordula on reception and bar was a delight. The room was clean, comfortable and value for money, but what really stood out for us was the exceptional A La Carte dinner.
Very good studio size
If I have to give a rating it is 9 to make an average 10 for the excellent restaurant 8 for the hotel considering the tiny bathroom, including tiny toilets. I think overweight people can't use it comfortably. Otherwise regarding cleanliness and bedding nothing to report

A great team for both the hotel and restaurant side. We were 7 couples and it's not always easy to manage groups of friends. We had a wonderful time.

An excellent address between the Gorges du Tarn and the Cévennes. A perfect stay in every way. Quality of welcome and accommodation. Beautiful room, perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. Absolute calm and excellent bedding for a restful night. The evening dinner was simply exceptional (savory menu) and at an unbeatable price. A small downside for breakfast, which lacks a little choice after 9:00 a.m....

Too bad there is no air conditioning during a heatwave.
Big disappointment on arrival with the allocation in the annex building of a very small room with a view of the rock face behind the hotel that you could almost touch!! Huge disappointment compared to what I hoped for when I saw the photos of the main building when booking on Booking.com. I asked to change rooms but of course everything was full at this time of year. By insisting the next day, I was finally able to get a very good room for the last 2 nights (there were still 3 nights in the initial room...). I would have appreciated a commercial gesture since the 1st room was the same price as the pretty 2nd which is surprising. For the rest, good hotel.
The rooms were very clean but unfortunately very small. As a couple, we had difficulty moving around the bed.

Very average breakfast reception by an employee who seemed to be bothered, it is true that I arrived with other customers at 7:28 a.m. ... she pointed it out to us, a comment which is not necessarily very business-like. On the other hand, I had dinner and the young man was very pleasant.

Satisfied overall. One note: the roof gutter (vertical to bedroom 1) is pierced. When it rains moderately, the water does not pass through the pipe and falls drop by drop onto the metal roof of the ground floor, causing noise (almost unbearable) when the window is open.

Disappointed at lack of menu choice after long day's travelling. Ate elsewhere. Breakfast bowls rather meanly-sized. Disliked being told that the room was not warm enough to warrant an electric fan. Actually room temperature did not drop below 22C on our night. Needed shutter closed for sleep. Appreciated garden and reduced mobility bathroom.
Never disappointed! I have been a customer for several years. This time, in addition to the restaurant and breakfast, we tried the picnic: generous, suitable and practical. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Very welcoming hotel, very well equipped, neat in the style of its rooms, .plus a garden to relax and have a drink, a selection of local products, available many brochures on places to visit. Breakfast with very good local products and often organic, with a 4 star for the particularly succulent yogurts. As for the restaurant, a very good choice of local specialties, very finely cooked. From starter to dessert everything is very good. We certainly recommend this hotel as well as its restaurant, moreover it is not for nothing that it is full.

Since we had to stop in Florac for a long time, either on our way down to the south or back up to our home, know that we will see each other again. We were on our bikes and soaked because of the storm when we arrived: very warm welcome, impeccable garage for the bikes, superb meals at the restaurant: nothing to complain about!
We found everything we had enjoyed two years ago during our first stop. This time, we stayed two nights. Everything here is well-kept, and we were even able to enjoy the pleasant garden where we found a bit of coolness during this heatwave.

Excellent welcome and good service, but a lack of communication at the restaurant led to some errors. A shower head that no longer attaches (broken tab), a shelf that prevents access to the sink, and a hairdryer that heats up and stops, all of this is not very professional.
