Rooms recently renovated with care and taste, complete equipment (perhaps missing a few hooks to hang a jacket + real shelves in the cupboard + a small refrigerator + a working safe). Attachment to the Cévennes region through the excellent menus and buffets offered. Quality and professionalism of the service.

We stayed one night at the hotel and slept in a room with neat contemporary decor and spotlessly clean. Those located in the house behind the restaurant are very quiet and overlook the forest. Pleasant dinner, offered to the pleasure of the eyes, original and delicious. (A bit too rich for me). The hotel team provides an attentive and discreet welcome, with ease, including young recruits!!

Very good hotel. Welcome and support at the top. Small room (but functional we did not climb on two) very clean and well decorated. The restaurant is really excellent (irreproachable service close to a gastro), even if we could not discover the whole menu (Single menu that evening) Only downside, the parking lot is tiny, no problem in our case we were arrived early, and the staff is very friendly and cared as soon as we arrived to find out if we could easily park. Very satisfied with this stay, we will not hesitate to stop in Florac again.

We stayed at this property for one night and everything was perfect. Starting with the staff who are very kind and who do not take the lead. The room very comfortable, bathroom a bit small. The very decent breakfast with a real orange juice. And the plus is the small park opposite where you can relax under the trees, very appreciable in these hot weather.

The Logis Hôtel des Gorges du Tarn is a very nice hotel, well located but quiet, with very friendly staff and very good service. The restaurant is a good recommendation and we as a group enjoyed our stay very much.

It's simple, this hotel is by far the best place for accommodation and evening meals since the departure of the GR70 from Puy en Velay on the way to Stevenson. I highly recommend this hotel and I note the address to come back longer during a next visit.

Seriousness, cleanliness and very good value for money

This is a beautiful, small hotel in a very scenic region. The receptionist was so helpful with everything, providing me with a dry room for my soaking biking gear after driving through a thunder storm! The restaurant is unbelievable, food quality by the highest French standards. I would highly recommend staying here if in the region.

A nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. Unfortunately, WIFI was unavailable throughout most of our 2 day stay. No fridge in the bedroom. There was kettle but not much more in terms of having a drink (no bottled water or coffee machine) and putting boiling water into the flimsy paper cups provided just did not work. The staff were very pleasant.

We will be very happy to come back to this hotel next year.

A fantastic, high quality hotel in every respect. This modern hotel was the first I've stayed at in France which had full facilities for disabled travellers. The best hotel in France which I've stayed in and after several trips to France over the past ten years or so. The restaurant run b y the chef and his assistants provided first class dinners. Not to be missed. The staff both at reception and who waited at table were all excellent in every repect. Notably, one person, Cordula, who was at reception most of the days I stayed there ( only 5 nights) was multilingual. This is a hotel I'd certainly try to book into if I were to travel again to this region of France. Superb!

I have just spent a week with friends half board at the hotel. I and my friends loved the quality of welcome and services as well as the high quality catering. We were able to spend a whole week in complete peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team who works in the same spirit.

Without going through the anonymous internet. The voice of a person on the phone. All the speakers on site attentive to the newcomers that we are & ready to guide us if necessary. What more could you ask for. Gourmet cuisine. Discreet decor & close to nature, relaxing. Shaded garden to enjoy the outdoors, around a table for several, lazily in a deck chair or a hammock, for a siesta or a moment of reading.

A more expensive room than in the other lodgings in France where we stayed during our stay and yet very small, not functional and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. As for the evening meal, I would say pathetic. We had chosen this establishment with my wife for its menu and menus. Lamentable, on Wednesday there is only one menu which is not up to this establishment: Mixed salad, braised pork cheek, dessert which we wonder if it corresponds to what we were told. All for 29.40 euros, the most expensive of the menus that we have eaten in the other lodgings in France: Le Manoir de Montesquiou in Lamalene as well as at the Family and spa in Meyreis, of which we have only to congratulate these 2 establishments in all respects. For the Adonis, a chef de rang who claims to be such, with a waiter as his kitchen, a chef pretended to have a brigade with only one clerk, especially since the so-called chef de rang does not even know the wines that are on the card, when the server must have been a beginner because with each question asked he was going to ask the one he called his colleague. To have bread it was necessary to claim 4 times. In conclusion establishment UNDIGNY to be a Logis de France.

We return to this establishment quite regularly in August. We chose it, in particular, for the quality of the catering in the evening. Last year (2021), for example, we had our two evening meals at the Adonis restaurant. We were extremely satisfied with it. Very big disappointment this year: terrine of foie-gras served lukewarm, very fatty meat (answer: "we're not into meat"), tasteless poultry fricassee, desserts without imagination or interest (the chocolate coulant of the level frozen Picard and a standard apple pie) The only thing to save: the amuse-bouche, excellent With prices at 43 euros for a menu-carte, this is not normal. We went elsewhere the second night of our stay. In addition, we found the reception and customer relations very abrupt overall. Note, the excellent cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

The dissatisfaction comes from the unique choice of the only €30 menu offered, chicken only. So evening meal canceled by us and dinner taken outside. the television was not working. when we reported it to reception we were told that the hotel knew about it but had not warned us?

We were greeted by a wonderful woman at the front desk who gave us information on the area and town. We decided to stay another night. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We are both nights at the restaurant and enjoyed both meals.

Quiet hotel, impeccable cleanliness, studio in the annex very practical for a family. Very good gourmet restaurant. We recommend this establishment in Florac Trois Rivières
