Another great evening with a delicious meal and a warm welcome 🥰
The room was very noisy – the cleaning ladies were so loud outside the door that you'd think they were standing inside. There were no soundproof doors – a one-centimeter gap underneath. You could hear every word from the neighbors.
A very pretty and charming hotel in a peaceful setting. We received a wonderful welcome; the staff were very friendly and attentive. They did everything possible to facilitate our arrival, ensure our bicycles were stored safely, and provide us with a high-quality short stay. Breakfast was carefully prepared and exactly as we requested. We would gladly choose this hotel again should we return to Les Andelys.
Stylish hotel, impeccable service, excellent dinner
The hotel is well located, and the room was well soundproofed from the noise (busy boulevard). The room was very clean, but the decor was a bit drab. The person who greeted us was attentive. The meal we had at the restaurant was good, but a little pricey for what was offered.
It may seem like a small detail, but I really appreciated that the receptionist helped me bring my suitcase up without me asking. I also really appreciated the kindness of the service at the restaurant.
A refined and prestigious hotel. Warm welcome. The dinner was superb and delicious. Thank you, sir. The breakfast list is funny. We are happy.
Very good...if very able (5 steps before reception, easy staircase to the rooms. We were on the 1st floor...very quiet)

Perfect restaurant! Delicious food. Disappointing hotel. Beautiful house full of charm. Outdated interior decor, amateurish renovation, unpleasant cooking smells in the room. What a shame!
