Manque d isolation
very impolite manager and noisy hotel guests.
Une équipe accueillante et toujours souriante. Le restaurant est vraiment top.
Le paiement est un sujet difficile : il est demandé de payer en arrivant « car une personne a laissé une grosse ardoise récemment, il est parti sans payer ». Finalement nous avons payé le lendemain. Mais on comprend pourquoi une personne est partie sans payer : impossible d’avoir une personne à l’accueil, pendant 5 minutes au moins. On en a profité pour charger nos bagages … Et parce qu’on paye par des chèques cadeaux Logis de France de notre Comité d’Entreprise (payé 50% quand même), on ne peut être crédité des points de fidélité Etik. Jamais vu cela dans un Logis de France. Et si on paye en CB, le nombre de points dépend de la cotisation annuelle de la CB ? On n’a pas essayé les chèques vacances, ne tentons pas le diable (reçus gratuitement du CE).
Cette expérience a du coup été globalement difficile.

Bon accueil et très propre
Accueil où nous avons eu l'impression de déranger. Nous avons attendu que le personnel termine sa conversation avant d'être enfin accueilli. Chambre moyennement propre, assez bruyante. Finitions à revoir, et WC à passer au vinaigre blanc.. dommage car bien placé et le parking est un plus.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment à l’hôtel de l’écu de jonzac. Accueil , propreté, disponibilité.. tout était parfait.
Nous recommandons également le restaurant. Les produits sont frais et de grande qualité. Bravo !

Centraal gelegen, fijn terras, heerlijk eten.
Équipe agréable et dynamique toujours à l'écoute de ces clients, seul petit bémol la pression de la douche qui était insuffisante apart sa rien a dire weekend parfait !!

All was ok, nothing exceptional. The overall look of the hotel was tired! In need of some serious TLC! Reception was very welcoming, staff at diner very helpful, kind and welcoming!
The morning experience was very different. The lady behind the reception (we believe the owner) found it difficult to say good morning! When we asked for some cheese and ham, she replied that it was extra???? The breakfast cost € 9,50/person and there was nothing, except honey, chocolate paste and jam to put on the sandwich! Not good enough! And for 'her majesty'.....maybe sell or change jobs????

Manque d'amabilité de la personne qui nous a accueillis et qui de surcroît nous a demandé de payer la chambre à notre arrivée. Notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant d'où beaucoup de bruit bien après 22 h 30 alors qu'elle devait fermer à 22 h.

The room was perfect and the bathroom was very very clean but the only problem was the receptionists she was not as nice as we thought but she care nevermind she care about the bed size
