Excellent stay! From the food and the quality of the cuisine to the cleanliness of the premises, the room, and the comfort of the bed; not to mention the efficiency and kindness of the staff, everything was perfect! It's no surprise they'll be back. The setting is magnificent, and the location is perfect for enjoying a run or a hike: La Bourboule is 8 minutes away, Le Mont Dorre is 20 minutes away – it was a real treat! We were treated to a gourmet New Year's Eve dinner (a 7-course meal) which was delicious and served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were even able to request dishes we like, and they prepared them with love! From the manager to the staff, it's certainly the kindness and generosity that we'll remember! Thank you!

An exceptional welcome! Our reservation hadn't been registered, but they immediately gave us a room. The next day, we asked if we could stay later, and they gave us an extra hour, which allowed us to exercise early in the morning and take a shower. They had even saved breakfast for us outside of regular hours, at 11:00 AM! And all served with a smile—we're almost used to it by now! A huge thank you!
Terrible! They take reservations they can't fulfill and don't even bother to let you know! You find yourself at 9 PM without accommodation and nothing is done to help you. Absolutely terrible!

In transit, arrived at the hotel at midnight but free access to the room despite our delay. Excellent breakfast! Quality local products: farm Saint Nectaire, farm yogurts, homemade jams, excellent fresh breads and croissants. Unlimited coffee, tea, milk. The boss and employees exude good humor and are attentive to their guests. Thank you all.

Very well-located hotel in a quiet village close to La Bouboule. The welcome, the service, the comfort of the room, the restaurant, everything was perfect, as well as the staff, who were always attentive. A very good place where you can go with your eyes closed...
