Apart from the lack of an elevator, nothing to improve! Excellent hotel, but especially an excellent restaurant.
Excellent meal, pleasant room
As for the evening meal and breakfast, nothing to complain about, 20/20. However, the room was freezing; I think they only heat it when the room is rented. It was 16°C in the room when I got back.
The hotel and restaurant were very good. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast; we had seen photos while looking for our hotel, but it was nothing like what we got. There was very little choice: packaged Camembert, low-quality ham, plain yogurt or applesauce. For the price of breakfast, we expected better. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
Lovely people great food slightly dated
Lovely hotel in a great central location, with street parking just outside. Beautiful spacious room and bathroom (we had a great view of the basilica). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and good food!
Absolutely wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and modern with everything you need. 2 minute walk from the train station, I flew into Beauvais, caught a train to Amiens and then Albert, I returned via Amiens and Paris. The hotel is perfect for touring the Somme Battlefields, we hired electric bikes from a local bike shop which enabled us to travel further than we had originally planned. We are thinking of returning next year and will definitely book this hotel again. Albert is a beautiful place steeped in history and well worth a visit and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Very good accommodations. The hotel owner was extremely attentive to our questions and requests, as was the senior manager, who also made arrangements for a parking space in front of the hotel. Everything was perfect. We will choose this hotel again next time we are in this area.

Excellent location, great food, and friendly service
We were a small group touring the WW1 Battlefields. The stay went well. We needed to amend the booking, which was smoothly done through email. The rooms are good value. Very nice dinner around the table chatting. Would definitely return, and would recommend.
Overall, the hotel was a good focal point for a tour of the Somme WW1 battlefields and monuments.
