A minor complaint about the wait for service during dinner, which seemed long to me; however, the food was excellent. A lovely establishment, I recommend it.
Sorry, this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel which is very clean and well kept but....the two rooms we had had a temperature of 25° (too hot for a room) and what's more they were located on the back street side (private school side) which is too noisy, and if you opened the window, you could hear the air conditioning in the kitchen until late in the evening and from 4:30 a.m., there was the garbage truck (which was doing its job of course) So this hotel is very good for light sleepers who are always cold.... Too bad!

We were delighted with our short stay
Depending on the rooms, the comfort was average compared to the photos on the site: bad smell requested in one room, unfinished painting in another, bathtub in a third without being warned... On the other hand, very good responsiveness following an error on their part... everything was resolved!

Extremely disappointing. Establishment known for its restaurant and not its hospitality. Old hotel, damaged paint and finishes everywhere, banged doors, peeling paint, damaged headboard, dirty ceiling, unmaintained window, stained and filed carpet..... Non-existent decoration. 2nd floor of the hotel under construction and customer presented with a fait accompli upon arrival. No commercial discount however. Horrible smell of welding and burning all night in the room. It is better to move on.
The reception was mediocre; we weren't informed that the air conditioning wasn't working. We had to demand a room change.
The rooms are simple but comfortable.
Very friendly and very hopeful
We regularly stay at this hotel, but this time we were very disappointed. Our room was very small, and the air conditioning didn't work (supposedly it was broken on the first day but repaired later, except it still wasn't working on the second day). Overflowing bins under the windows gave off strong odors because it was so hot, and we couldn't open the window to cool down the broken air conditioning. The Wi-Fi also didn't work. However, we have no complaints about the meals at the Bistrot restaurant; they are always very good and offer excellent value for money.
Well situated hotel in a pretty town. No parking but lots of free parking nearby.
The restaurant was excellent - we had a really good supper in the bistro and a very good breakfast.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, but the room was a bit bare and spartan - for example no bedside light or bedside table on one side of the bed. It was clean but the whole room smelt strongly of cleaning products - it was a bit like being in a hospital side room!

Depressing!!! This hotel doesn't match the photos on the website at all. It looks more like a holiday camp than a hotel. Everything is old and worn. The decor, whether in the restaurant, the hallways, the lobby, or especially the rooms, is outdated and shabby. A makeover would be very welcome, especially in the room, which is depressing, with poor-quality bedding and used flat-pack furniture. There are no curtains on the windows, so it's either complete darkness or a welcome to Cap d'Agde. The bathroom is probably the worst, with harsh lighting and minimalist fixtures. To top it all off, no shower gel. I should have been wary; most of the good reviews either have no comments or anonymous accounts... On the other hand, all the bad ones accurately describe the reality. The reception remains the only decent point, although I discovered that I was given a single room upon arrival, and that the ETIK points are not automatically deducted...you have to ask for it!
