The hotel receptionist was on the phone for around 15 minutes before checking us in ... no acknowledgement whatsoever's to our presence.
I had sent a note with my reservation that we wished to dine in the restaurant, this was not dealt with as the receptionist informed me that the restaurant was closed every Tuesday evening for the past 23 years !! this is not mentioned in Logis or the hotel websites.

Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu me défaire de cette plateforme genre "tripadvisor" et je n'ai donc pas pu échanger directement avec une réceptionniste.
Si j'avais pu, j'aurais refusé : une salle de bain avec "baignoire-douche" (81 ans...) dans une chambre sans ascenseur (112). Pour ce qui concerne le parking, j'ai toujours eu la chance de trouver une place devant l'hôtel...

Staff very friendly and helpful. Meal in the brasserie was excellent, not a huge range of options but all of them were good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little noisy in the evening mainly because of being close to a local bar.

La chambre est vétuste, nécessiterai un rafraichissement au niveau des murs et des sols. ainsi que le couloir d'accès 2ème étage.
La télé dans la chambre est mal placée sur un le meuble en coin de chambre, avec les rideaux de la fenêtre sur le coté , la fixer au mur face au lit serait d'une logique évidente, ( et d'un très faible) car la télé ne réagie pas à la commande , lorsque vous êtes allongé sur le lit.
Revoir l'isolation phonique de la fenêtre
Salle de bain très petite, mais avec douche comme demandé.
Sinon très bon accueil et très bonne restauration.
Cet avis n'est en rien négatif, mais seulement quelques améliorations à effectuer dans le temps, pour rendre l'hôtel conforme aux exigences de la chaine LOGIS, et des clients qui vivent une grande partie de leur vie, dans les hôtels pour raisons professionnelles.

La chambre ne correspondait nullement à ma réservation et quand je le fait remarquer la gérante me répond que je suis dans un hôtel où les prix des chambres sont , d'habitude, autrement plus élevés que ce que j'ai payé sur le site de réservation le matin même. J'ai rétorqué à la gérante que lorsqu'on montre des photos et donne un prix et une description précise, on doit s'y tenir. J'ai donc eu finalement le droit à une chambre qui correspondait à ma réservation. Mais autant que cet accueil m'a été fort désagréable.

Das Hotel war leicht zu erreichen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz 50 m entfernt. Das Abendesssen - Menüvorschlag des Hauses - war sensationell. Eine ungewöhnliche Mischung von französischer und japanischer Küche hat mir sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Zusammenstellung war teils sehr überraschend, jedoch passte alles hervorragend zusammen. De Service am Tisch war ebenfalls sehr gut. Für meine
Gewohnheiten jedoch sehr förmlich und steif. Ich spreche und verstehe relativ gut Französisch. Die Erklärungen des sehr jungen Personals zu den einzelnen Gängen des Menüs waren allerdings automatenhaft und viel zu schnell aufgesagt. Das Auftragen des Brotes in einem großen Korb fand ich etwas übertrieben. Alles in allem jedoch war es für mich eines der besten Abendessen in der letzten Zeit. Ich bin immer noch begeistert. Der Preis zu der auf den Teller gebrachten Leistung war sehr niedrig. Ich hätte auch mehr bezahlt. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Dieses Haus mit dieser Küche kann ich von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Danke!

Very bad experience! Awaked after midnight with an alarm due to apparently a smoker at my floor. Then start a fight between the hotel owner and the smoker.
At the check out no excuses from the staff for this bad night.
Water in the shower was cold as well.
Room was old and not clean. I found a used plastic bottle laying on the floor of the room. During COVID time it's not the safest case.

Mijn kamer was echt niet meer van het niveau wat je een gast durft aan te bieden. Smerig vlekkerig tapijt. Ledikant zonder nachtkastje. Kale grijze kamer zonder iets aan de muur. Jammer. Als enig hotel in een toeristisch aantrekkelijk stadje is dit geen reclame. Overigens weet ik niet of dit voor alle kamers geldt.
