The bedding is good, the cleanliness too, very quiet (I had a room on the 2nd floor facing the courtyard). This upmarket hotel lacks air conditioning. It was too hot in the room and the fan didn't help me sleep well. Too bad.

Lovely town, extremely friendly staff. Menu is a little too fancy and expensive for my tastes but that is personal.

The attic room has no air conditioning or fan, but leaving the window and bathroom door open still lets in some air. An extra towel bar in the bathroom would be welcome. Parking is easy; the parking lots are nearby.

Beautiful establishment located in a city full of character, "the land of the meteorite." Access is very easy and convenient, there is a large parking lot right in front of the hotel. We were very well received by Cédric. The hotel is charming, very warm, and very well maintained. The room is very comfortable. A must-see while passing through the region.

Excellent restaurant (better than very good); chief responsible person knows what he is doing; breakfast room could be organised in a much better way; coffee machine could produce better coffee; poor fresh fruits; rooms are really clean; a bottle of water per day fot people staying longer (we staid 5 days); we were only disappointed about 2 members of the staff (a short lady and a man who could be her husband), friendleness and flexibility is far from their strongest side; all others understand what they are doing; sorry for the partly negative comment.

Room was comfortable, we had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb, excellent place for a short stay.

Very small attic room. But very clean and decent bedding. The shower stall is also very small. Very good evening meal.

Hotel ideally located in the center with public parking nearby. Large pleasant room and large bathroom. Very good bedding. No air conditioning but an effective fan in a heatwave.

We should communicate about breakfast time, it's until 9 a.m., or can we show up until 9 a.m.? and the vacuuming cannot be done at another time.

The room did not have air conditioning. The portable air conditioner was particularly noisy and inefficient. We tried to sleep with the windows open. But the 2 a.m. bell and the 5 a.m. fish truck got the better of our sleep.

Hello, It's a shame that the 2 hotel and catering services are so different. The accommodation is very average, the 3 stars are not entirely justified.... On the other hand, we dined on site and very much appreciated the service, well done to the chief

Excellent restaurant! We must support this hotel because this type of establishment, outside of big cities and places of mass tourism, is becoming rare! And they represent valuable jobs. Congratulations to the entire team at the Hôtel de France!

We chose hostel as the food write ups were great, but the restaurant was shut on the day we arrived. So that was disappointing.
