A very warm welcome with very pleasant staff
Nice owners. I liked the dinner and the service. Breakfast is ok.
Rooms need a renovation. Hole in the wall of the toilet and bad smell in the room. No hair dryer

Gourmet restaurant, a real chef, perfect service
We picked this hotel because we were so pleased with the Logis in Yenne. We appreciated an early check-in and air conditioning. Other than that, the front desk was entirely unwelcoming. We seemed like an inconvenience. The hotel was dirty, the towels grey and the sheets were very worn. The furniture was old and worn and the condition of the room made us feel like there was a high chance of bed bugs. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was outrageous that it was 100 euros. The WiFi didn’t work in our room. I’ve stayed at better hostels.

Nous tenons à vous assurer que notre literie ainsi que le linge de lit sont récents et régulièrement renouvelés, la propreté fait partie de nos priorités et nous effectuons des contrôles quotidiens à ce sujet.
Concernant la WIFI, elle fonctionne parfaitement et nous accueillons plus de 1800 clients par an sans rencontrer de réclamations à ce sujet. Il est possible qu'un problème temporaire ait pu survenir et nous vous présentons nos excuses si cela a été le cas.
Nous sommes une petite équipe de deux personnes et faisons chaque jour de notre mieux pour offrir un accueil chaleureux et un service de qualité. D'ailleurs, vous avez pu faire un check-in à midi sans aucun supplément.
Nous sommes sincèrement navrés que cela n'ait pas été perçu ainsi pendant votre séjour.
Enfin, nous devons répondre avec fermeté à votre remarque sur les punaises de lit: cette accusation est infondée et porte atteinte à la réputation de notre établissement. Aucune présence de nuisibles n'a jamais été constatée, ni par notre équipe ni par nos nombreux clients. Des contrôles rigoureux sont réalisés régulièrement pour garantir un environnement sain et sécurisée.
Nous prenons vos remarques au sérieux mais nous nous devons aussi de défendre le travail que nous menons avec passion chaque jour

What an experience! Cockroaches in the room. These charming little creatures showed up at 11:30 p.m., with the reception closed at that time, so there was no immediate solution. I preferred to leave the hotel and had to find another one to spend the night in a clean room. I found myself an hour and a half away! Following my early departure, no call from the hotel. What a memorable evening. Despite all that, the meal was good.

However, we would like to clarify some important points. You left the establishment without paying for your stay or for your dinner, which you had eaten the evening of your arrival. This makes your feedback regrettable, as it does not reflect a situation that was handled fairly.
Regarding your comment about the room, we were not informed of this problem at the time, as the reception was closed at the late hour of your departure, nor did we contact you. Without a direct report, it is unfortunately impossible for us to react immediately or offer you a solution on site.

Lovely old fasioned hotel close to Grenoble airport. Clean, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, very welcoming. It could do with some renovations, a bit 1970's! THEY WILL OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO & FROM THE AIRPORT

Perfect for a stopover, the welcome and services are professional, the room is correct and clean, for the evening menu, a real chef at the helm. I had a great time. The breakfast is plentiful.
Correct hotel and good reception; be careful if you have a lot of luggage or mobility problems: rooms upstairs, only accessible by stairs. Disappointing restaurant: claimed to be "gastronomic" (not convinced by this point on the choice of menu and the presentation of dishes) and especially no flexibility on the menus of the evening stopover: if you do not like your starter, it does not matter, you are not even offered an alternative and you do without a starter; it must not be complicated to have a small salad of raw vegetables as an option or to offer a little cold meats. Cleanliness of the rooms to be reviewed: I had hair/furs not vacuumed in different corners of the room and spiders in several corners.

Very dated room for the price paid (95€). The bedding is of poor quality (very marked springs), the toilet seat is broken, no hairdryer, the shower door does not close completely...
