The hotel staff were exceptional in granting requests that I made. They were always very approachable and really did provide service with a smile. The director was a joy to interact with. The harborside setting is beautiful not overly noisy and does give value for money. Eating outside added to a very enjoyable evening. Superb.
The hotel is very well situated. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful . The food is very good . The breakfast is excellent.
