Beautiful inn in a beautiful town. We loved it. Thierry and Laurent are excellent hosts, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had Grande Chambre 2, so we had plenty of room. The meals were wonderful, hearty French cooking. Thank you to all the people who helped to make our stay perfect. We would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly owner, spotlessly clean, good breakfast, parking either on street or in the public car park nearby, and a 10-minute walk from all the major sights in Blois. We didn't get a river view as we booked at the last minute, but having seen them the front facing rooms have a wonderful river view. It is a very atmospheric 300+ year old lodge. There is no AC, but we stayed on a day which was 26 degrees and were perfectly comfortable with the supplied fan.

The two owners are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is plentiful, and the basket of croissants is truly generous! The room, Mme de Sevigné, is charming.

We received a very friendly welcome. The hotel is family-run and located in a 16th-century house. The two owners have lovingly furnished it and managed to combine the charm of a venerable building with modern comforts. The hotel is very centrally located, yet it is an oasis of peace.

This small inn is full of charm, quiet and very close to the city center and the castle (5 to 10 minutes on foot). Comfortable beds, impeccable hygiene. We were able to park for free right in front. Otherwise, there is a large free parking lot on the banks of the Loire right next door. The breakfast was perfect with delicious croissants and everything you could want. As for the restaurant, it was so excellent that we had dinner there and then lunch. The dishes are generous and delicious, not to mention the desserts (exceptional chocolate fondant)! We would happily return to the same hotel!

Quiet and well-located hotel near the historic center of Blois. The room 3 we booked was really too small, prefer a larger room even if a little more expensive. Very good breakfast, very clean and quiet hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms, a triple and a double. The triple was great, large, very comfortable!! The double was a little disappointing in terms of size: Really small as was the bathroom, but neat, clean, pretty. An establishment with a lot of character. A very warm welcome. We recommend this hotel without hesitation

I really appreciate the charm of an older Hotel instead of the Standard Novotel-Ibis etc... We had a very Nice spacious thee Person room. Very pleasant owners and very clean. Walk to the City Center is Nice & short so no better Location possible. Public parking in front of hotel was free 18 of the 24 Hours but when arriving let it might be Full.

In short, if you're passing through Blois, don't hesitate to visit the oldest inn in the city; you won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at the Hôtel Côté Loire Auberge Ligérienne. It is ideally located on the banks of the Loire, very quiet because it is a little set back from the road. We occupied the very spacious triple room. Excellent welcome from the owners, as was the meal served on the terrace. Everything went wonderfully well. Recommended if you want to have a nice time!

It's a hostel! Don't look for modern and great comfort, but the "old-fashioned" side has a crazy charm! The managers are kind and remain professional... So the value for money is there, we will return without hesitation.

Everything was first class apart from the bathroom.
The evening meal and breakfast was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel was everything and more than we anticipated, which included the welcome, the charming ambiance, and a dinner that was a gourmet experience. The breakfast was copious and choices were excellent. The croissants were almost worth fighting over, large with crispy exterior, soft center and surely made with good French butter. We had a child so in a larger bedroom. A fan is included for warmer evenings.
Just an observation, we were forunate that a parking space became available right outside the hotel just as we arrived, otherwise there is public parking nearby, but could be a bit interesting in high season.
Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Royal Chateaux, restaurants and shops etc.
We would definately stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Côté Loire Auberge Ligérienne. It is conveniently located right next to the river bank. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but there are also several free parking spaces right outside the hotel. We had a nice spacious triple room on the second floor facing the lake. The hotel restaurant serves delicious traditional French cuisine. We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant if you are exploring the Loire Valley region.

Ideally located for exploring the historic center of Blois, you can do everything on foot! This hotel is incredibly charming, a perfect contrast to the sanitized standardization of hotel chains, where everything is the same no matter the city. A special mention for the welcome and the advice. It has a little feel of a family guesthouse, AUTHENTIC? with an old-fashioned charm where you feel so good!

The manager was very helpful and communicative. He helped us escape the heatwave by letting us in early. We were traveling by bicycle.
Bicycle storage was perfect.
Breakfast was very good.
The restaurant (for dinner in the evening) was excellent!

I have nothing but superlatives! A warm welcome, a very nice room, an excellent dinner with staff always ready to answer questions and provide information about the region. The breakfast was also great...in short...only very good. We will come back if we pass by.

A pleasure to come for the welcome and the place

Convenient location for cyclists traveling the "La Loire à vélo" cycle path, and reasonably priced. The house and inn are steeped in centuries-old local tradition and individually run. A very personal, friendly welcome, with advice on sightseeing, and an excellent dinner in the cozy arcade. We liked the decor with its antique furniture, but it might not appeal to everyone, as did the steep staircase and the fact that the room window overlooked the wall of the neighboring house. But for us, that was part of the charm of the house.

Enjoyed our stay at the inn. The room was small, but more than made up for it with a very warm welcome and impeccable food. The breakfast was very good. We would love to come back. A highly recommended place.

Petit hôtel charmant, excellent acceuil, et parfait pour se promener au centre-ville. Petit immeuble historique très joli, tout près de la Loire et du château. La chambre était propre et calme, le lit confortable.

Notre réception très tôt, à midi, était très accueillante. Nous avons pu prendre la chambre directement.

We had a lovely three day stay in Blois at the Logis Cote Loire. Thierry and Laurent were wonderful hosts. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and the food was excellent.

Es handelt sich hier um ein traditionelles, sehr nettes, kleines Landhotel. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl geführt. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und fanden, dass das Buffet alles bietet, was man sich für sein Frühstück wünscht.
Es hat immer sehr gut gerochen und bestimmt kann man da auch gut essen. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, konnten wir das Abendessen dort nicht testen.
Unser Auto konnten wir immer vor dem Hotel parken, denn es gab immer eine freie Parklücke dort.

Small, welcoming hotel in the city centre, with a slightly old-fashioned charm but everything is clean and functional. Friendly, helpful and available staff. Only small downside (not serious): the hotel is below, the first floor is not high enough so that the Loire is not largely hidden by the parapet. No bathtub in our room but I don't know what the others are - personally, I only take showers so it's not important to me... Parking (paid but cheap) right in front. Very good traditional cuisine restaurant.

My plan was to stay overnight in Blois during my return to Belgium! Since I don't like to stay in a hotel in the center, my choice fell on this hotel!

Hotel room beds, blankets, furniture are clean; bathroom was clean with sufficient soap, toilet paper provided. Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful with advices on sites, restaurants to go to. A but difficult to find the location using Google map, but beware that there are 3 streets with one identical name, but different in French ‘rue’, ‘place’ and ‘ruette’. Recommended for a good short stay while visiting Blois châteaux.

Fabulous accommodation in the heart of Chateaux country! We had a terrific room on the 2nd floor, with a view of the river. Thierry and Laurent are fabulous hosts. Dinner both nights was superb; the venison was to die for.

Lovely hotel near the Loire cycle route. Helpful and professional staff. Good food in the restaurant. Secure storage for bicycles. We enjoyed our stay here.

A 350-year-old inn is worth a visit!

An excellent hotel! It is located 5 minutes walk from the castle, with a view of the Loire. There is a public car park in front. Everything is perfect: the staff is charming and attentive, the room is very cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and full of choices (savory or sweet, croissants, bread, eggs, cheese...).

The welcome is very good, the only small problem for me is the breakfast time (8:00) but the hotelier was understanding and offered to bring the service forward by 10 minutes. Small hotel in an old building, very clean, and well equipped, welcoming, quiet, close to the center.

Stayed two nights. A pleasant hotel for its not young age; being an old structure all the interior is adequate. We had a small room, no. 4 which is really small in size as is the bathroom. Everything is clean however. I find the breakfast expensive at 14 euros and in fact we did not use it. Convenient parking.

The hotel is located near the city center, the castle and shops, while being on the banks of the Loire and very quiet. The welcome is pleasant and the room "Le Pigeonnier" is interesting for its modernized design in an authentic and old setting with a window open on the Loire. The bedding is excellent. The dinner at 39 euros (starter, main course, dessert) is a treat. In short, we will return with pleasure to this Loire inn.

Our stay was short (1 night) but we were completely satisfied with the welcome, the advice received for visiting the city and the excellent meal taken in the evening.

A very old building that has been made very homely if a little difficult to navigate if one suffers from rheumatism as the stairs could be a challenge, but a great location beside the Loire and on the edge of the old city. Around twenty nights at the Loire Inn, rightly subtitled on the Loire side (which cannot be the case for all the rooms, there would need to be a barracks or one of the interests of the hotel is to be at human size): waking up, opening the shutters and seeing the Loire even if the sky is gray it's something...The rooms are tastefully decorated and the whole hotel, for example the fireplace in the entrance, the staircase or the dining room, remind you that this is the oldest inn in Blois. Charming bosses.

We were by bike and the hotel is adapted to this characteristic. Our host was very welcoming.

A nice traditional place with some charm. The room was very small but quite cosy. Very small shower with curtain that meant I had to wet the floor. A little outdated. Would have been nice to have some better fruit at breakfast.

Lovely old inn sympathetically updated, near the river and the chateau. The host was very welcoming and helpful. And the evening meal was delicious. We loved our experience there and hope to return.

Well located, attentive welcome, the room with 2 beds is pleasant and quiet. A few more takes would be great: it's limited when you're working with 2 people inside. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and we weren't able to take advantage of it: too bad, we'll have to postpone it until the next time. I recommend this hotel if you are in Blois.

6th night, maybe? In this very old inn, tastefully renovated, you are warmly welcomed. Let's reassure the hesitant: - you can see the Loire when you open your window - parking 10m away - the plumbing has been redone since the time Madame de Sévigné slept there (in fact in the 17th century there was none) - unforgettable Albertine terrine as a starter - very good zander, both tested at another stay Finally, if you prefer an impersonal, interchangeable and globalized setting + infernal clips on TV at breakfast, look for another address!
