Very warm welcome and pleasant staff. The rooms are very decent, a minor drawback being the common areas which could use some updating.

It's an old building, well-maintained but in need of some renovation. In our room, there was a leak in one corner with peeling paint on the wall, but this was somewhat mitigated by the fact that the radiator was right there, so the room was dry. There was also a noise coming from some kind of extractor fan, which coincided with the time the restaurant was open (between 7 pm and 11 pm). For the category of the establishment, I think the prices are a bit high compared to a similar establishment in Spain.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, top-notch restaurant, comfortable and functional rooms, comfortable beds, 100% recommended

A hotel with a certain charm typical of this mountainous region. A very friendly welcome and an exceptional restaurant.
Hotel with a lot of charm, excellent cuisine but there is a downside, we chose this hotel as a priority because it had a swimming pool given the heat this was not negligible. On the other hand the state of the swimming pool is deplorable, in places the water was green and there was algae. The sauna was impossible to use because it was not lit. This side of the hotel needs to be reviewed, total lack of maintenance is filthy.

Perfect from bedroom to dinner...
Convenient hotel for hiking in Cerdanya. The facilities are dated but in excellent condition, and the bedding is comfortable. The food is excellent value for money; the starter/main course/dessert menu, with two choices for each course that rotate daily, is exceptional. A good selection of wines at competitive prices. A highly recommended address. Mr. Planes provides part of the service himself and ensures that any problems are resolved.
Somewhat old-fashioned hotel in the middle of the Pyrenees. Everything is fine and clean and a very beautiful view from the balcony. A lot of free parking possiblities in the surrounding area of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, very extensive. People at reception were also very nice!
Disappointed by the fact that the room is small, very old shower head that does not hold the support, old holes in the walls. Very nice sunny terrace and the person at reception very charming. Beautiful swimming pool and very beautiful garden. Breakfast buffet quite correct. Mini bar and wifi stipulated on the hotel website not compliant. Very quiet location.

Everything was perfect...
Positive: A beautiful, typical Cerdanya house, with many superb sites nearby. A local institution. Friendly welcome, helpful and friendly staff. Swimming pool and sauna on a nearby site, which is very pleasant, towels available. Possibility of dinner and lunch on site. Beautiful restaurant. Good, very affordable wine list. From our room on the 4th floor, lovely view of the village church. Coffee maker, tea maker, refrigerator, safe in room. Toilet separate from the bathroom. Less positive: Old-fashioned decor (large radiators, bathroom with bidet and drying hose rather than hairdryer!). No one left at reception or access to the bar at 10 p.m. Meal okay, but not up to what is described. Service much too fast (probably because the restaurant closes at 9:30 p.m.). Maintenance of the pool area average, probably because it is little used at this time of year. For the price of the room, we would have appreciated even a simple breakfast.
