The hotel overall is pretty good, the beds are comfortable, the room is functional and clean. However, regarding the welcome and the service I am really disappointed. One of the people in charge of the service was unpleasant and not very attentive; we wanted a new carafe of water since there were 7 of us at the table but told us that there was already one on the table (empty). This is an example of the unfriendly behavior she could have had towards us. In addition, we wanted to take advantage of the sauna to be able to lose our last grams the day before a judo competition but the sauna closed at 6 p.m. Having booked my room online, I had breakfast and dinner included in the package all for 120 euros (which I already find quite expensive). I obviously expected to have a set menu for dinner but I thought I could choose between two options, in the end I was forced to have an Alsatian salad as well as a sauerkraut with two fish. Hating salmon, I thought I could change but it was impossible... Regarding breakfast, I expected to have a little more choice but the croissants (probably frozen) and the bread were good. In the end, I will leave disappointed by this stay because, given the price, I expected at least a warm service.
