Absolutely charming and perfect. Dinner was marvellous
Very warm welcome, very pretty and very peaceful place
Charming location, lovely wooded grounds, warm welcome. But the rooms could do with a complete refresh. There's a dusty smell from the many old drapes and carpets. The meal was overpriced. The breakfast was very average.
Beautifully situated castle with lovely swimming pool. Some things to improve, but service and hospitality are fine.
Magnificent castle and beautiful property. The Norman or English charm transports us back many years for those who want to dream; the stay is ideal for recharging one's batteries in peace and quiet. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The food is very good. Bravo to the entire hotel team.
A very pretty hotel in a charming Norman manor house, in a green and rural setting. We had a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay. Comfortable accommodation and a good evening meal overlooking the garden. A generous and varied breakfast. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, but could do with a bit of updating. I recommend this place for a romantic weekend in the great outdoors.
Beautiful place, very good food, the chef goes above and beyond and everyone makes sure your moment is memorable. Thank you for that. Naturally, I highly recommend coming to discover this haven of peace and this wonderful cuisine.
A super stay. Great staff. Good food
Very attentive to the well-being of their customers,
Very good location during my buiseness trip.
Dinner and breakfirst excellent
very beautiful castle, even in winter the atmosphere is pleasant with very copious meals by the fire, bar and dining room typical of what one expects from this kind of place. Quiet, and even if the rooms are not trendy and luxurious as in other renovated places, the charm of the old castles is preserved.
Great, you must try!
Friendly welcome. Very large room and bathroom. The beds were very good. Quiet location. Attentive service in a very good restaurant. A small breakfast in the morning.
Very beautiful place, preserved, and very friendly staff
Perfect stay, great attention paid to the customer. Unbeatable value for money
Romantic castle ideal for a romantic stopover! We loved it and will be back. Warm welcome, lovely staff! Spacious and comfortable room and delicious meal.
Very good team throughout the stay with a good restaurant
very enjoyable stay
A very special hotel set in large grounds with a beautiful pool
Very good stay in a residence of character
Spacious and recently renovated room. The setting of the hotel is superb, as is the building. Absolute calm at night. Finally friendly staff.
A very enjoyable experience. Beautiful chateau in beautiful surroundings.
Cobwebs and mold on the wall of room 21, a musty smell, peeling covering on the ceiling and on the bathroom wall, a toilet seat not securely attached to the bowl, armchairs whose upholstery is worn and not very clean, the kettle still full of water from the previous occupants (since when?)... We noted this discreetly so as not to cause a scandal, but still! Even coffee was not offered to us!. Nevertheless, the bedding is comfortable. At the restaurant, of course it was a "closing day", but a single menu charged €39 for a little green salad with a few slices of radish and a few scrapings of cheese (probably less than 10 grams), a portion of cod with saffron rice (good, by the way) and a banana split, it's frankly excessive. Approximate service: we do not remove the bread while we wait for cheese (replacement of the banana split); when a breakfast table is vacated, we don't leave it covered in crumbs but we remove the tablecloth... All this is hardly professional.
Great location, great people, great service
From reception to departure, everything was perfect. The staff is very attentive to the well-being of the customers. The residence is full of charm, the rooms are spacious and the food is of good quality. We also really appreciated the environment, very calm and bucolic.
The hotel is classic and very comfortable, quiet. The team was very friendly and the catering was very good. The only downside is the bathroom which needs some updating. You can hear footsteps from the rooms above but overall the sound insulation is very good given the age of the castle. Very good bedding
A salty addition!
A little more school, but quality service and welcome
The staff was rude, the pool was closed, they charged 10€ for a sauna that looked old and scary, the food was ok but they treated differently the ones who paid the whole “gourmet experience” and the ones who eat the menu included in the reservation, the cut the light for about one and half hour, the interiors look old and dirty, and they were constantly bothering me in my room either to inform about some random thing and then to make me pay before the night before I was leaving instead of making me pay in the reception; nobody likes to be chased to their room to pay it's not like I was going to escape somewhere, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Bad experience and wouldn't recommend it.
Magnificent building, a very friendly welcome. Outdoor pool
Very happy to have returned to this region and to this castle. The welcome is always fantastic, the meals are sublime and the calm is total. Everything met our expectations.
Alright
Overall, very good. The castle is superb, the staff extraordinary and the food, a real treat (with excellent value for money). The room is ok for the price. Only one downside, but a real one: the shower room which really needs a good refresh!
Everything is good, good, pretty and the welcome is excellent!

Very good 👍
