All in all, it was nothing more than "decent." The staff was nowhere to be seen nine times out of ten, and the place was quite poorly maintained. The wallpaper in the room was peeling, you couldn't get anything to drink outside of "breakfast hour," and the bed wasn't made two days in a row. No warm welcome when we arrived. Very short showing of the room “this is it, all entrances are closed after 10pm”. When asked at what time the pool opens, “oh no, there was a storm last night and the water turned green”. Hard to believe as the pool is covered.
We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, but this was brushed away without a sorry or commercial attitude. False advertising 100%.
We would NOT recommend this hotel or consider staying again.
