An excellent place to stay with a fantastic chef.

C'était 6 ans depuis nous étions dans l'hôtel la demière fois et cette fois tous était si bonne comme les autres fois. Nous attendons de revenir assez tôt

We had a very warm welcome and exceptional service in navigating us to the hotel car park at a time when roads were closed due to the Tour de France stage in Chinon the following day. Hotel was fine and restaurant was very good. Lovely traditional French breakfast too.

An establishment in the French Tradition. Spacious room as well as bathroom, quiet and very comfortable bedding. Cozy restaurant, pleasant atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Professional service. Very good stay.

Very warm welcome in a beautiful environment. In the heart of the town of Chinon, near the banks of the Vienne. Very good restaurant, almost gourmet with good value for money. Note the Chef's signature dish of the moment: traditional cassoulet revisited with regional products, notably rillon. Also, beautiful regional cheese platter. Come there and stroll through the town of Chinon and visit its fortress.

Excellent restaurant worthy of the greatest tables. The touchscreen tablet ordering is far from necessary and is not at all worth the human ordering with its comments, and it ends up like that anyway, but what arrives on the plate is perfect. For accommodation and breakfast, the manager would be better off not sharing her thoughts with us, because she gives the impression that we are bothering her, which is a shame because in the end, we get everything we want. we ask. Help with transporting luggage would be welcome (1st floor without elevator, 22 steps). The room was very beautiful, very quiet and comfortable, highly recommended.
