Stay was cancelled by hotel and restaurant only an hour before arrival. Found nearby hotel who said this happens regularly
Very warm welcome, the food is excellent. Very quiet room.
Off-peak season. Closing times poorly indicated on the website. Arriving too early, we had to wait for reception to open. However, the hotel service was good, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant. Another issue with the website: our request for an accessible room hadn't been forwarded to the hotel. Fortunately, it was still available.

Overall, a decent hotel, but it's best not to have luggage to carry up the narrow staircase. Ridiculously small bathroom, you can barely get in and out of the shower, the door is jammed by the toilet. Breakfast is exorbitantly priced for yesterday's bread and pastries.
Very pleasant stop in this small, quiet hotel, good, comfortable bedding, very good restaurant for the evening, less convinced by the breakfast on the quality/price ratio + well located for walks to the lake or in the countryside, great for traveling with your 4-legged friend!

My opinion is mixed because I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room which, it must be admitted, suggests that no cleaning has been done apart from changing the sheets and a wipe down in the bathroom! Dust on the bases, hairdryer cable, around the bed, hairs on the toilet seat, dust on the paper holder, on the wall lights and dripping air conditioning to boot! It is absolutely not up to the standard of a hotel lodge we usually stay at. It is even more disappointing because we were there last year and it was absolutely nothing like this year, the room was spotless. The quality of the welcome and the food is completely different because we were more than satisfied with the services. The meal was excellent and the staff very attentive. Despite everything, I do not think I will return because staying in such a poorly maintained room does not suit me at all!

I found a very good address for my trips to the region. The dining and breakfast rooms are very beautiful. The room is also very pretty and very clean. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is extremely well stocked.

Not convinced this hotel merits 3 stars. Very overpriced, both the accommodation and the food/drink. No remote for the aircon (yes, I could have mentioned this but not at 2AM when the aircon was needed). The bathroom was tiny and the shower a bit of a squeeze. One towel rail was hanging off the wall. Thin walls, so noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. No extra pillows. No emergency evacuation route/procedures in the room. Reading lights too low above the bed, meaning that it was impossible to sit up in bed to watch the TV. View of the kitchen roof from our room (Hotel Bellevue?). The door to the room was not self-locking and the key fob had to be inserted into a 'socket' for the lights, so coping in an emergency could have been tricky/stressful. Call me old fashioned, but staff should really put their mobile phones down when a guest is waiting to be served. I could go on ...

Exceptional welcome. Laurent, the manager, was fantastic. Given my late arrival, he called me to see if he would keep a meal for me. Honestly, thank you for the welcome, the hospitality, the adaptability and the smile. I recommend without hesitation.
I arrived before the hotel opened, and given the neglected state of the building and the parking lot (dilapidated garden shed, weeds, rubbish littering the parking lot), I left without waiting for it to open.
