Tout était bien sauf que des ouvriers nous ont réveillés à 8 h, un peu tôt pour des touristes, et à grand bruit. Par ailleurs les beaux balcons auraient besoin d'une bonne réfection. C'est dommage de gâcher ainsi la belle vue sur le parc.

Hotel bien situé.Accueil du personnel au top,que cela soit au bar ,a l accueil,au restaurant.Le bar est tres cosy ainsi que la salle de restaurant.Grand parking.Chambre correct avec bonne literie.Petit déjeuner buffet tres varié rine ne manque ,il y a meme des produits locaux et du jus d orange frais pressé ce qui est rare dna sde tres nomnbreux horels.Nous avons diner au restaurant le soir,rien a redire,le personnel tres gentil,et tres bon repas.Cet hotel mérite d etre connu.Excellent rapport qualité pris ,si nous sommes de passge dans le coin,nous reviendrons

Die Unfreundlichkeit der gesamten Mitarbeiter war erschreckend. Das Zimmer war nicht vorgeheizt und es wurde auch nicht erklärt das die Heizung via Klimaanlage geht und nicht über den Radiator welcher nur Attrappe war.

Very comfortable room, but rather basic breakfast. Little information, there was a wedding the day after our arrival, and on the last morning the breakfast room was reserved for this wedding. We had to look for the room allocated to us, and the buffet was not accessible to customers. No information had been given to us. Taking a leisurely non-motorway return back to England from Northern Italy we had just the one night stopover at this hotel in Luxeuil, a town we had never visited before. We stayed in the main part of the hotel and would do so again without hesitation - a lovely hotel, good facilities, ample car parking and an excellent evening meal on a Sunday night. A delight at the end of our holiday!

2 nights without sleep because of the air conditioning in the next room which made the noise of an airplane. Breakfasts served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.: arrived at 9 a.m., there was nothing left to eat, no table reassembled, I had to look myself in the cupboards for a cup to make myself a coffee at 12 euros because there was no There was no bread, no pastries, no orange juice. No discount offered at check-out. Last time for us at this establishment.

Very pleasant stay at the Beau Site hotel. The staff is very friendly, discreet and available. As soon as I arrived, the reception staff kindly received me smiling and warm. The lady kindly explained to me the principle of the activities within the hotel, taking her time. The room is neat, clean and well ventilated. The shower is very clean, with shower gel, soap and shoe polishing brush available as well as a small bottle of mineral water every day. The cleaners know how to be discreet, I didn't see them once, yet my room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone...Really I recommend!

Perfect room but restaurant below everything. Above all, do not take the local meal, rather take the dish of the day otherwise you are served last. One hour wait for the starter: cold asparagus velouté, warm cold and frozen perfect egg, dry chicken supreme (it looked like it was reheated)

Restaurant OK, but room is old fashioned, still carpet on the floor, very dirty for the present time shower from before the war, lunch to cry I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Car parking absolutely to be redone.

Very nice home. Excellent bedding and good sized room. The breakfast is very adequate. The room is a bit old-fashioned revamped. But the presence of neon to illuminate shows that the upgrade is not complete. Finally, we do not install white lights for bedside table lighting spots but warm colors... We are not in the kitchen!

I come regularly to this hotel for work and what I notice is that today the prices have increased a lot but the service has dropped a lot in quality… €11.50 for breakfast to have coffee in Seminar thermos, it's daring.

I arrived after diner time at 21.30h due to some delays on the road (restaurant only open until 21h) but they suggested on advance to prepare me a cold diner/salad that I could eat in my room after my arrival. Very nice because I didn't have to leave the hotel afterwards to search something to eat in the village.
Very friendly welcome at the reception.
Breakfast too expensive for me (I don't eat a lot in the morning).
Nice sauna/hot tub for a reasonable price available (10 euro/h) but only accessible until 20.30h and swimming suit mandatory (which I find uncomfortable in a sauna, especially because it's by reservation so you're alone in there - swimming suit mandatory in hot tub I can understand on the contrary).
Hundreds of (dead or almost dead) flies in the bathroom on the windowsill... This is according to the staff only a problem in one specific room (they are aware of the problem but didn't find an adequate solution yet). They did compensate this inconvenience by offering me some jars of jam the following morning and they did appologize for this problem.

I regularly return to this hotel. I think only one thing should be improved. Do not allow phone calls in the dining room. I don't have to share the privacy of my neighbors. Unfortunately it does not depend on you but on the good education of the customers.

Pleasant stay which could have been almost perfect with bigger bath towels, an adjustable shower head to be able to increase the pressure of the water flow (too weak for a shower) and to be able to regulate the temperature in the bathroom because it was almost cold unlike the room where the heating worked perfectly.

Very quiet hotel in a soothing setting

Hotel very well located near the city center of Luxeuil and quiet because in a large park and with a swimming pool. However, I regretted the lack of mini bar and mirror in the room. The swimming pool was pleasant but the footbath was not in use and the shower was opposite the entrance to the pool so few people used it before diving into the water We nevertheless had a good stay hoping that you will take our remarks into account
