A delightful setting and a warm welcome
Everything was perfect, except for a slight lack of orange juice and fruit at breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming, smiling, and attentive. I wouldn't look anywhere else when I return to Luc-sur-Mer.
I highly recommend this hotel, perfect in every way!
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Chef went out of his way to cook a vegetarian meal especially for us. We had a PMR room which was spacious and very accessible.

Magnificent location, view of the sea and the main street. Exceptional quality cuisine. Staff who took great care of us... the only downside is the parking, but you just have to park your car where you can and move it in the evening...
It was a lovely stay in a love clean and comfortable room. The room didn’t have any tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice. And the only arrival issue was finding parking, but you could stop outside to empty your suitcase’s and then find a parking space afterwards.

Still a pleasant stay for our third visit. The only small drawbacks are that the standard rooms are a little small, there is no ventilation in the bathroom (but very well equipped) and that the hotel does not have private parking (for a person with reduced mobility this could be a disadvantage). Besides that the decoration of rooms 24 and 15 is very pleasant, the sea view is splendid. Everything is spotlessly clean. Meals and breakfast are plentiful and quality.
It's an old-fashioned hotel, just the way we like them. Not the sanitized formula of the chains. Impeccable room, facing the sea. Hearty breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Location location location. Right by the Sword beach memorial. The manager works very hard across many facets of this hotel and arguably needs an extra person.
That being said dinner was good but slow service, breakfast buffet excellent, parking was available outside albeit public parking.

The room and bathroom are quite small. However, the room has a splendid sea view. The breakfast is nothing special. It could be more varied.
We booked the room for disabled guests on the ground floor. It suited us well.
Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Unpleasant smell in the room, however, pillow too thick to sleep comfortably and stifling heat even with the window open (shutters down required because of the direct view of the street).
Disappointing welcome, after a quarter of an hour of waiting, while the receptionist was in the next room, no help with luggage, no place to park the car near the hotel, response "we have to manage"

Perfect setting and top restaurant! I recommend it
The hotel is perfectly located on the beach in Luc-sur-Mer. The nearby public parking includes disabled parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The welcome is excellent and the staff very friendly. The PMR room is perfect with excellent bedding. For the other rooms, there is no elevator. The dining options are of a good standard and all the dishes are highly recommended. I had planned to have only one meal at the hotel, but given the quality, I had three meals there to explore the menu. There are no weak points.
