Still a pleasant stay for our third visit. The only small drawbacks are that the standard rooms are a little small, there is no ventilation in the bathroom (but very well equipped) and that the hotel does not have private parking (for a person with reduced mobility this could be a disadvantage). Besides that the decoration of rooms 24 and 15 is very pleasant, the sea view is splendid. Everything is spotlessly clean. Meals and breakfast are plentiful and quality.

It's an old-fashioned hotel, just the way we like them. Not the sanitized formula of the chains. Impeccable room, facing the sea. Hearty breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Location location location. Right by the Sword beach memorial. The manager works very hard across many facets of this hotel and arguably needs an extra person.
That being said dinner was good but slow service, breakfast buffet excellent, parking was available outside albeit public parking.

We booked the room for disabled guests on the ground floor. It suited us well.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Unpleasant smell in the room, however, pillow too thick to sleep comfortably and stifling heat even with the window open (shutters down required because of the direct view of the street).

Disappointing welcome, after a quarter of an hour of waiting, while the receptionist was in the next room, no help with luggage, no place to park the car near the hotel, response "we have to manage"

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach in Luc-sur-Mer. The nearby public parking includes disabled parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The welcome is excellent and the staff very friendly. The PMR room is perfect with excellent bedding. For the other rooms, there is no elevator. The dining options are of a good standard and all the dishes are highly recommended. I had planned to have only one meal at the hotel, but given the quality, I had three meals there to explore the menu. There are no weak points.

Reception could be improved by management who felt like they were disturbing us! The departure imposed the next day at 10 a.m. was unacceptable, something unheard of in the hotel industry. Breakfast until 9:30 a.m.

Very satisfied with our stopover in this hotel ideally located on the seafront. Welcoming staff and appetizing breakfast. Only small downside on the freshness of the bathroom which has no heating.

We had to go to the hotel next to a restaurant where it was. Mijn echtgenoot loopt slecht dus dan est het fijn dat er een restaurant est. The restaurant was opened and was not opened on the website.

A very pleasant welcome, perfect rooms, the restaurant is great. An effort to be made on the breakfast which we regret the lack of variety. An English breakfast would be perfect given the place.

5 night stay ideal!!! Hotel located on the waterfront, room with direct sea view for a gentle awakening, enjoy breakfast in the restaurant with a very well-stocked buffet. As for the restaurant, nothing to say except that the menu is perfect and it is really very good. Very pleasant staff. Hotel with a very family atmosphere, ideally located by the sea. Very nice decoration of the common areas. Very well equipped gym! Small disappointment on the decoration and the small furniture of the room but that did not take away from the overall charm of this hotel and the fact that I was delighted with my stay there!

Rare friendliness from all the staff

During our previous visit we had booked a “comfort” room with a sea view which satisfied us in every way. Here, we had booked a "standard" room with a sea view. Very cramped bedroom and bathroom (toilet in the bathroom with sliding door) despite the still magical view. Our advice when booking is to prefer a "comfort" room and/or to contact us to find out about the possibilities of reserving a "standard" room with a configuration other than the one we occupied.

A weekend of happiness. I warmly recommend this hotel and restaurant. Its location - sea view, the comfort of the room, the decoration full of finds and above all the welcome and professionalism of all the people who make this place come to life. From the germaine breakfast cake to the pavlova with candied blueberries by the chef, gourmets are in the right place ;) .

This is not our first stay in this hotel and we will certainly return. The welcome is excellent, the rooms (sea view for us are good, clean) Small downside, the heating in the bathroom was non-existent and given the temperature this weekend it would have been appreciable. The wifi is honestly not great but hey...and according to me and my wife, a small wardrobe is missing to store clothes (room 14)
