Restaurant Aux Sapins

We have already stayed in several Logis Hotels and we are never disappointed.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment! I had requested a quiet room due to sleep problems, but the room I was given was right above the restaurant and reception, in the middle of the stairwell that leads up and down three more floors. I had dinner in the restaurant and ordered a hamburger without the sauce, which was added anyway. They offered to change it, but I had already waited 45 minutes... What a shame, it was my first time staying here based on a recommendation, and it will be my last.

Clean, functional room. Very welcoming staff. Easy and secure parking. Warm atmosphere and a very good restaurant.

Great location and very useful hotel services for dinner, drinks and breakfast. Secure parking is a plus that makes this hotel good for a stopover on your travels.

We received a very warm welcome, our room was lovely and tastefully decorated, parking was easy, and breakfast was excellent in a peaceful atmosphere. As there was no restaurant on Monday evening, they booked our dinner at another hotel nearby. The meal was excellent.

Sehr alt und primitiv und alles mögliche kaputt.
Im Restaurant hat sich das Personal bemüht. Das Frühstück war höchstens mittelmäßig.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit einem ebenso netten Restaurant, welches in der Mitte der Woche erstaunlich gut besucht war. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung gab es alles, was man braucht. Das Team war sehr freundlich. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit zwischen unserem und dem Nachbarzimmer störte etwas.

Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Bett und Bettwäsche. Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Neues Bad, aber sehr eng, ältere Handtücher.
Frühstück ausreichend. Sehr netter Service.
Bei Ankunft lag der Schlüssel bereit.

Very convenient location, secure, good value for Money, will stay here again, the room was very nice and spacious, the Air Conditioning made it very comfortable at a 40° day. Very pleasant garden setting.

The room was very clean, the meals and breakfasts were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly adequate for the price, air-conditioned, not very large but sufficient for one night. The secure parking with a shelter for a motorcycle is a real plus for motorcyclists. The restaurant is also very good with a pleasant terrace (weather permitting). In short, we were very satisfied with our stay.

There was no welcome. Nobody was there. And sadly enough the restaurant was closed. Better to inform during reservation process. Breakfast was good!

It's unfortunate that, due to an error on the Logis website (the "southern evening" package was listed when it was no longer available), the establishment didn't bother to inform me before my arrival. As a courtesy, they offered me a meal that was certainly good, but rather basic. Nevertheless, I thank the establishment for rectifying an error for which they were not responsible.

We slept very well and ate very well.

Small room. Unfortunately, no bottled water. The room was well soundproofed, very clean, and had a good bed.

I had never eaten such excellent sauerkraut. The evening meal was magical, with thoughtful culinary touches during the aperitif and a divine Black Forest cake – kudos to the chef! The bedding was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely return. The welcome was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet residential area, but only 300 meters from the center. A lovely beer garden for the summer. Very friendly staff, a nice room with a very nice bathroom. Excellent restaurant, very tasty lamb shank.

Die Beschreibung, dass dieses charmante Hotel meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat, ist hier absolut zutreffend.
Gute zentrale Lage und doch weit genug entfernt von der viel befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Mein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Route des Crêtes.
Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Allein das Frühstücksbuffet in besonderem Ambiente war einen Besuch wert. Inklusive einem kleinen Französischkurs mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal!

Everything's good. The price is right, the staff is friendly. It shouldn't be more expensive.

We needed a one night stop over en route to the Alsace wine area, and this looked perfect, as it had secure parking and somewhere to eat without having to go out again. The welcome was fine & the room comfortable, but I think that the restaurant made the stop perfect. The food & wine were delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly and helpful.

Friendly hotel, spacious, well-equipped, and renovated room. Pleasant restaurant, dynamic and helpful staff. Good value for money.

A lovely little hotel. Unfortunately, there are no garages for motorcycles and no balconies in the rooms. One evening, we, as hotel guests, couldn't find a spot on the terrace.

Very warm welcome as usual and good meal. They even gave me a toiletries kit that I had forgotten at home. I will definitely come back!
