Perfect as usual.
Excellent establishment in the heart of Brittany, very welcoming
It's always a pleasure to spend time at the Auberge de la Hardouinais. The staff is professional and attentive, the place is quiet and cozy, and the food is generous, original, and delicious. The breakfast is very complete. The rooms are nicely decorated, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I've already tried several room categories, and they're all lovely.
The team here are very friendly. The problem with the room was that the safe did not work. The cooling did not work and the bathroom ventilation fan did not work.
I visit this Auberge as often as I can. You have to go out of your way to find it but it is well worth seeking out. It is very professionally run but by people that are both helpful and extremely friendly so you are guaranteed a warm welcome. The rooms are very modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The food is varied and of high quality, available in several restaurants. Breakfasts are also very good and in buffet form. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Excellent welcome, excellent restaurant both in terms of cuisine and service. Bravo and thank you. The room was very pleasant with a very comfortable bed, a small, quiet and sunny terrace. The breakfast was a little below the other services (or are the others too high?...) just bread and small pastries. One or two homemade Breton specialties were missing... Beautiful establishment, very well run, THANK YOU!

Everything was fine except for the emergency exit light that stayed on in the room, which was cramped for me. I had to place a bath towel to dim the light without any real success, so it was very difficult to fall asleep with this brightness in the room.

We had a room with a door towards outside. That means that you can't open a window at night. Because the temperature was very high, it was very hot in the room at night. The breakfast was a bit little. The dinners at the restaurant are very good.
Smiling and friendly welcome. We chose this hotel because it has a catering offer on Monday evenings (quite rare in the region). The morning of our arrival we were informed that the restaurant (crêperie) would be exceptionally closed (illness), but that the hotel would instead offer a "bistronomic menu". Thanks to the hotel for putting this alternative in place (simple menu, dish heated by the receptionist, but which has the immense merit of existing!). The night was, however, very disappointing: at the start of the heatwave there was 28.5c in the rooms, it was impossible to sleep. No air conditioning (only heating). Opening the French window was not a real option: the mosquitoes on the one hand, and on the other hand the cat coming from outside which jumped on our bed in the middle of the night caused quite a scare... We, on the other hand, much more appreciated the quality of the breakfast buffet (variety, local products, etc.).

Very pretty hotel from the outside. On the other hand, disappointing superior family room. Narrow room, which does not age very well. French window with smoked glass, not very pleasant. Excessive price for the service. However, clean room and bathroom and good bedding. Breakfast good, just the pastries not very fresh and not a great diversity of products. Good for a night stopover.
The room is large, modern and comfortable. The room is equipped with complete equipment, the sanitary facilities are in good condition and clean. The bedroom opens onto a private terrace.

Very good accommodation apart from the flooring in the shower which was very slippery.No rails,so found it somewhat dangerous as my wife has mobility issues.Restaurant very good,but a shame that it was not open for one of nights of our stay.The creperie was ok.
