To guarantee access to our customers in complete autonomy and security, we provide a digital code , which is a common practice in many establishments.

Regarding your reservation, it was made through Booking.com with a non-refundable rate. We understand that you had to cut your stay short, but in accordance with the booking conditions, the second night is still due.
