When booking this hotel, I requested, as I always do, a quiet room. I was initially pleasantly surprised by an email confirming that my request for a quiet room had been received. The room I was given was an adjoining room (I could hear the conversation and TV of my otherwise discreet neighbor), and to top it all off, it was located opposite the elevator… The receptionist's response? "In this price range, this is the type of room." I was also told that I would have to "adjust my budget to get a different type of room." In 12 years, I had never heard such a response… regardless of the "budget" of the hotels I've stayed in! I don't know if the worst part was this response or the fact that they gave me this room after confirming that my request had been received… Aside from that? The food is good, and so is the breakfast: the restaurant is of very high quality. Most of the staff are very pleasant. The hotel is well maintained (exterior and interior). Let's talk budget since this point seemed important to my interlocutor: the service is less good than some other accommodations in the region.

We had a wonderful stay! The dishes were delicious and generous, a real treat for the taste buds. We introduced this place to our parents who left delighted. Thank you for this wonderful time!
