Clean house, although still under renovation. However, I didn't notice anything.

Excellent stay. Very professional table service. Renovated and very clean hotel. The only downside: the fitness center is rather poorly equipped (old or broken machines). This might be a drawback for someone who enjoys sports. But, again, everything else is perfect!

This establishment is a notch below what other lodgings in France can offer, especially in Alsace.

Excellent welcome with a very late arrival. I recommend without hesitation. :)

Stopped for one night during a trip to Italy. Very warm welcome and family atmosphere. Attentive staff. The restaurant was closed for annual leave so we'll try it again on our return...

The guy in charge was lovely and very helpful but the room was not finished. There were both facilities for making a drink, no t even water 💦 n the hottest of days.

I especially remember the staff being attentive and friendly. The rooms are fairly basic, but perfectly adequate on the eve of an airport departure. One suggestion: having lunch outside on sunny days.

The receptionist was very nice. She looked for a restaurant and made a reservation.

Hello, very pleasant stay at this establishment. Nothing to say except thank you.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and asked explicitly for 1 room with 2 separate beds. As we arrived late in the evening, the reception was closed. They left the keys at the reception with a very unfriendly lady who left the building as soon as we got in the elevator. Then we discovered, although a confirmation of the hotel, that we got a small room with 1 very small bed. No separate beds.
There were no towels,the bathroom was old and dirty, the hairdryer burned! The room seemed not to be used for years. When we complained the next morning at the reception the man kept on laughing with us. He didn’t take it serieus. We payed for a decent room and got an old, dirty one without towels, with a small bed.
He admitted it was an old room.
As there were but a few guests in the hotel, we don’t understand why they gave us that room.
We left the hotel but they even took the time for appologies.
We absolutely do not recommend this hotel!

Quiet, pleasant and comfortable hotel

Despite the hotel being at a crossroads and close to the airport, we didn't experience much noise. However, the room is small, with a sloping ceiling, and the bathroom is rather dated with a bathtub and no shower.

A small downside was that breakfast was not restocked, so we were unable to finish our breakfast.

The reception was great👌 The room was too small, dusty and very cramped. The beds were very bad and old, we were the foldable guest beds. The service in the restaurant was very primitive, we had the impression that we were sitting in a chip shop.

Very good location in the village center. It is quiet. Only a few minutes drive from the Saint Louis train station or the Euroairport away. Modern appearance at the entrance and in the house. The rooms were clean, everything worked. I appreciate that. Wasn't completely up to date, which isn't important to me. I really appreciate that they also take the environment into consideration. The staff at the reception was very friendly, nice and helpful. Thank you for the nice stay at your location.

This hotel is our stopover hotel when we go to Italy. So this is not the first time we go there and this time we took a standard room because there were no other options and frankly we were not disappointed. If you want to stay longer a superior room is perhaps nicer because it is more spacious otherwise nothing to complain about. The little extra is that you can eat there because it is a restaurant and it is great value for money. We have never been disappointed. Be careful, no catering on Sundays, too bad. And I forgot an important point, there is always a parking space available. We recommend the Lion Rouge in Barthenheim without any hesitation.

Superior room booked the day before but not ready when we arrived. Ceiling not finished and traces of mold (haloes). Air conditioning not adjustable in the room (23°), too hot to sleep. You have to ask at reception.

The availability of the staff was great! I booked while I was in Switzerland, so the booking arrived too late to the hotel. However they managed to welcome me and give me a room. They were so kind!
The hotel itself is really nice. Very close to the highway. There is also a small spa inside that looks really nice. We were in a hurry, so we hadn't the chance to try it. Next time I hope I'll have time to explore a bit more!

Everything was good except breakfast, there was only baguette and a small selection of sausage and the supplies were refilled slowly.

There is a penetrating smell in the room (like chicken poo) and be aware it is next to a very busy road and you can frequently hear planes

A beautiful and well-maintained hotel with very friendly and hospitable owners and staff. In addition, the food in the on-site restaurant is very good. We stayed there last night for the 3 ex during a transit to Italy and will certainly repeat this. We warmly recommend the hotel.

Excellent welcome from the owner. We had to leave for the airport very early the next day, she prepared a basket for us before breakfast opening time. Address to recommend.

The “professional stopover night” formula is interesting, I will come back.

Everything was right and it would had been perfect if the hotel shuttle had taken us to the airport as it was the most important reason I chose it due to the shuttle to the airport which cost 15 euro, at the end the person in charge couldn't take us as he has other activities and called us a taxi which was double of the cost originally planned. I don't know what is more important than customer service.
Breakfast is very basic.

No one from either Logis or yourself will get back to me or provide me with an explanation.
I have been trying for days to say that the wrong days were booked. The money was taken directly and I was not able to cancel in time. You even charged for the dogs and we were not even there. Shocking. I need to speak with some urgently.
