Traditional hospitality in modern surroundings
Very good hotel with a fine restaurant. We didn't have breakfast. We stayed one night and left for the airport at 4:00 AM.

A very nice hotel in a lovely region! There's plenty of free parking. The welcome was very friendly both on arrival and departure. The restaurant was pleasant, serving local cuisine. There were even other wonderful experiences to enjoy, but I didn't have time to take advantage of them.
Overnight stay, very good stay, nothing in particular to report, the welcome was friendly, the rooms were very good, breakfast and meals were very good.

Excellent stay. Very professional table service. Renovated and very clean hotel. The only downside: the fitness center is rather poorly equipped (old or broken machines). This might be a drawback for someone who enjoys sports. But, again, everything else is perfect!
This establishment is a notch below what other lodgings in France can offer, especially in Alsace.

Hole in the wall along the window, poorly cleaned toilets, expensive breakfast for what it offered, good but far too greasy meals, no bread on the table, very noisy bathroom, average bedding...

Stopped for one night during a trip to Italy. Very warm welcome and family atmosphere. Attentive staff. The restaurant was closed for annual leave so we'll try it again on our return...
The room's decor, particularly the exposed concrete ceiling, is striking. The restaurant owner warned that the tap water is not potable, so bottled water would be welcome in the room. As for breakfast, the products are excellent, however, you have to arrive early, otherwise you won't get any pastries or ham and cheese. The gym is very nice.
The guy in charge was lovely and very helpful but the room was not finished. There were both facilities for making a drink, no t even water 💦 n the hottest of days.
I especially remember the staff being attentive and friendly. The rooms are fairly basic, but perfectly adequate on the eve of an airport departure. One suggestion: having lunch outside on sunny days.
