Au moment de régler nos petits déjeuners, la personne de l'accueil nous dit : vous n'avez pas que ça à régler, vous devez tout me payer! . Nous pensions avoir déjà réglé la chambre par le site. Elle nous a même dit que nous nous étions fait arnaquer par le site et que ce n'était pas son problème au lieu de nous donner des explications. Ensuite, une autre personne est arrivée pour nous expliquer qu'il s'agissait que d'une empreinte CB.. La personne à l'accueil n'a pas fait preuve de pédagogie et a eu un ton très agressif avec nous. C'est dommage car il a gâché notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été pris pour des voleurs. Cette personne ne doit pas être à l'accueil de l'hôtel.
