A very successful stay.

Being a curist for 3 weeks, I found this establishment which offers curist rates. I rented a studio on the ground floor which is fully equipped whether in the kitchen, the bathroom or the living room. The host is adorable and really takes care of his customers. The environment is peaceful and clean. The thermal cure is 800 meters on foot. The hotel is in the city center with all amenities nearby.

Problem of strong smell of product to probably sanitize the room on the mattress which disturbed my first night For the second night I placed a bathrobe on the mattress in order to contain this smell. I reported it when I left

I benefited from the spa treatment + hotel package. I very much enjoyed the stay in this room with a comfortable kitchenette.

Very good overall, too bad the bathroom is outdated. Showering in a bathtub is not practical. For breakfast, a classic baguette or classic bread would be good because not everyone likes baguette with poppy seeds, which is my case. Otherwise perfect and the staff very very good.

Good welcome, comfortable and well-equipped room, very clean, a downside for the meal or the dessert I had the impression of having a troubleshooting dessert having 3 bits of industrial waffle and 3 leftover cream!!!! And when billing I was charged a bottle instead of a glass of red wine!!!!

The best hotel in La Roche-Posay. Beyond that, the reception is extremely pleasant, considerate but without emphasis. The owners have developed a real little universe around their beats, garden, soup, swimming pool, decoration of the rooms which creates a cocoon around the customer. Delicious

The welcome is extraordinary, the breakfast, royal, the setting, idyllic! Perfect cleanliness. On the other hand, the accommodation itself does not have the quality that one would expect, compared to the price. The bedding is not very comfortable, the numerous facilities are of rather poor quality and rather dilapidated.

We had a great stay, the only downside to the hotel being the breakfast, which we found light for the price (€12 per person) compared to other hotels (we had lunch at 9am - 9.30am is we already had more pastries). For the room she was fine, apart from the bedroom door not closing from the inside.

The dinner at the restaurant on 07/28/2022 did not live up to the description on the website. Chef Roxane was absent. Very disappointing.

Need renovation of the studios (bedding, cupboards, cupboards made with a little DIY) and cupboard water heater washing machine which is not nice and smell of contains .. it would be better common place where oersonne can wash clothes. Very average studio layout

Pleasant and comfortable room. The decoration deserves to be reviewed and the electrical installation has faults (poorly fitted socket with exposed wires). One remote control for two TVs! The pool area lacks maintenance (broken sunbeds, old-fashioned footbath and slabs to sweep and clean)

I found the room very small compared to the internet announcement. I was told that if I had a problem I could be reimbursed and could pick up my things and go elsewhere. Very average! I was already settled...The price indicated on the door of the room is [from], because I found the amount high for such a small room. Example I leaned on the sink when I was in the WC. From the bathroom door to the bed barely a meter. In short, in terms of cleanliness, the baseboards are dusty, shelf above the dirty toilet, headboard with yellow marks on the wall, mold in the shower, dirty room corners. It's not worth 3 stars. The stairs are dangerous and the ramp is super sticky. General decoration and very beautiful exteriors that raises the note. I almost forgot courtesy tray a coffee pod and two bags of super U tea, it's tight! PDJ the bread crumbles certainly reheated in the oven out of freezing, industrial coffee machine and orange juice also. Paradox for a hotel that compares itself to a family and friendly place. The waitress at the DPJ not even a hello. Brief disappointment.

The studio apartment was adequate but not as nice as the advertised studios.Very pleasant restaurant but no choice for evening meal only one option the chefs surprise we booked it but could not eat it . They did refund the cost but after a 500 km journey quite disappointed.

2-night stay as a couple, May 2022 No hesitation: if we return to La Roche Posay, we know where to stay!! Very nice place, charming, everything is done with lots of taste. The outdoor spaces are magnificent, flowery and decorated, with plenty of places to settle down and enjoy the surroundings. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the rooms are super pretty and very well equipped, impeccable bedding and impeccable cleanliness. (We did not take advantage of the catering services) Go for it, satisfaction guaranteed, at the rendezvous!

Nice rented apartment, very well located in the city center, with everything you need;. The apartment is bigger than in the photos. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive to customers.

Bathroom too narrow for adults, especially the location of the toilets. And the Cari room too close to reception. The passage of customers getting up very early is not a very pleasant morning wake-up call.

Beautiful setting and very good food. Just surprised at the standing. The opinions spoke of being "like at home" so we imagined a lot more simplicity. But we arrived in our "post SPA" outfits to find ourselves in front of a plate laid out with six covers... And gastronomy! We found ourselves a little out of step as a result.... I hadn't realized the standing in the reviews. But apart from this small disappointment, it was very pleasant.

I stayed in the Bergamote B2 apartment located in rue Bourbon, on the ground floor. The apartment is cute, spacious, comfortable, clean, good bedding. On the other hand, rue Bourbon is the entrance street to La Roche Posay, so a lot of cars pass there. It is therefore very noisy at times, it is impossible to leave the windows open for long. It would be nice to change the windows to put real double glazing instead of these two old single-glazed windows!
