chambre encore occupée à l'arrivée. attente de 15 mn pour s'en voir délivrer une autre, sans même proposer quelque chose a boire ou s'excuser. Nouvelle chambre avec lit de bébé ouvert dont nous n 'avions aucune utilité, signalé à 18H30, rentré à 23H00 dans la chambre le lit toujours là!! l 'avons démonté et mis dans le couloir nous même où à 9H00 du Matin il était encore...pas de bouteille d'eau d'accueil dans la chambre alors qu'il me semble bien que c'est dans la nouvelle charte?? signalé, et on nous répond que c'est normal... premier matin: désert de pain, viennoiseries, salade de fruits sur le buffet...une partie de la charcuterie posée sur une table non réfrigérée...obligé de devoir réclamer ( photo a l'appui ...) Habitués au Logis, nous sommes très déçus de ce peu de considération du client
