Very good hotel for the price. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open, but I imagine it's not profitable below a certain number of guests. I recommend Le Coutre-Paille instead, which isn't far away.
Good experience
Everything was perfect, just two negative points: after showering, the toilet seat was wet even though the door was properly closed. Secondly, I bumped my head three times on the headboard, which I found to be very poorly placed.
Nothing to report, but you send way too many emails.
Very satisfied with my stay, pleasant room and attentive and very friendly staff. I am sure to return regularly as I have two family members who recently moved into a retirement home in La Meignanne, whom I will now visit often, and access from Beaucouzé is very easy.

A simple, no-frills hotel located in an industrial area. They have a restaurant and a bar, which is always a welcome bonus. Ideal for short stays.
Arrived at 4pm, room not ready. 4th floor with no elevator!! Impossible to take a nap as someone was operating the electric winch used to lower the bedding.
Positive points: The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant. The Wi-Fi is excellent. My room was very clean. Less positive points: The bathroom is poorly designed; the shower door hits the toilet, floods the floor when opened, and the toilet is very low and seems almost fragile, but it's acceptable for one night. However, the soundproofing from the hallway is practically nonexistent; you can hear anyone walking by (you can't hear people once they're in their rooms), and the bathroom fan is extremely noisy. It's annoying; it should be possible to turn it off at night—it's unbearable!
Nice hotel, well located. Quiet area. Excellent evening meal. Breakfast was rather average considering the price. Not much choice. It's also a shame that the breakfast room isn't accessible from 6:30 am (or 6:45 am) as the timing is a bit tight. Alternatively, they should add a second coffee machine and expand the breakfast buffet.
The sheets were a bit worn and very thin – the cleaning needs to be more thorough, it wasn't very clean. Dinner was decent. The reception and restaurant staff were very good.

Unfriendly receptionist... just 2 minutes after checking me in she barges into my locked room! Though she apologised, there was no explanation. I'm sure the hotel was better a few years ago.

The welcome was friendly, though a bit slow, but I arrived during the evening service (the hotel restaurant is quite busy). The room was clean and pleasant for one night, even if the bathroom was dated and the bedding not very comfortable for my taste (too soft). Nevertheless, I would return without hesitation if the opportunity arose, even if just passing through for a night.
Electric recharge needed for cars
Lack of civility from some guests who make noise all night, slamming doors, which reverberates through the walls and prevents sleep. The rooms need a little updating. My radiator was loose from its support.
Hello, we were very disappointed with the hotel accommodation. We requested a room for people with reduced mobility due to my wheelchair use. We got it, but it wasn't wheelchair-friendly at all. And it wasn't very pleasant to have a small creature like a cockroach in the shower.

No air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. Impossible to ventilate because the room overlooked the road, so there was a lot of noise.

The hotel isn't in a very glamorous area, but the rooms are comfortable with 160cm beds, and the food is homemade with quality ingredients. The overnight stay package is very good value for money.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had called the day before to request a baby cot, but I was never informed of the €10 supplement, which I find unacceptable (they were supposed to get back to me, but no response). In addition, the family rooms are located on the 4th floor without an elevator, which made our arrival very difficult with luggage and the baby. On the other hand, the breakfast is excellent and very complete. Be careful, however: it is better to arrive before 9:15 a.m. if you want to enjoy the hot dishes like bacon, sausages and eggs.

I liked this small hotel. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite adequate. The value for money is good. The comfort is quite acceptable. It lacks air conditioning and the rooms on the boulevard side are noisy.

Although located in a commercial area that makes it seem trivial, this hotel restaurant is worth the trip for the quality of the staff, the hotel and the restaurant with its excellent chef who works with fresh products, not to mention the remarkable breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs of high quality. I made a mistake with the reservation date and so I called at 8 p.m. to move the date to the next day and this rat didn't want to.

Réceptionniste trop rapide pour encaisser l’argent pour la nuit, normalement on paye au départ le matin. Il avait déjà fait la note et encaissé le somme et il n’a pas écouté lorsque je lui ai dit avoir des points de fidélité. Il a donc remis la somme sur mon compte mais comme je ne suis pas sur la zone euro, bénéfice net, dans cette transaction j’y ai laissé des plumes.

No complaints, we slept very well, the hotel is very well located, we have access to many things very close by. A very pleasant stay!
Cleanliness of the cleaning staff Ok. On the other hand, damaged floor, room not maintained as a whole (shower door seal detached and in poor condition; rusty and moldy shower column; broken office furniture in room 23, etc.). Atmosphere and decoration of the corridors and rooms very clinical and soulless. On the other hand, dining room very beautiful and modern. Feeling of emptiness and worrying in the evening because there is no staff at night.
Reservation for 4 people. Triple room assigned. Extra bed provided at the last minute!!
