We chose this hotel because it is located a short distance from the highway. A real country hotel. Dated, but that also has its charm. However, the room price is not commensurate with what is offered.
Excellent hotel and excellent restaurant! Everything is perfect!

Other plusses are:
- Great location when driving back to Netherlands from a ski-trip in the Alpes and leaving the Alpes after a day of skiing
- Great 3 person room on the ground floor and excellent 2 person room on the 2nd floor.
Exceptional welcome during a 2-day stopover on a last-minute special trip. Very accommodating and incredibly kind, which warmed the heart.
Hotel very well maintained, generous dinner and breakfast.
For a Logis de France, the fireplaces have been gone for a long time. False advertising, only one beautiful room, the only one that is photographed on sites like booking. The others are sold at exorbitant prices and are small: €99 per night excluding breakfast, which is €12 for a mini buffet, and tourist tax. And this is not even justified by a high occupancy rate, deplorable bedding, it's not a mattress, it's planks. The only positive point is the height-adjustable beds to make it easier for the staff to replace sheets. Boat-style shower cubicles embedded in a small room. The care may be a company billing. It is not normal to be a Logis de France in these conditions. This pains me as much as the staff present on site is very pleasant.

Excellent welcome, evening meal showcasing local products (Langres cheese and Haute-Marne wine, to be discovered!). Bicycles are kept safe.

Three bed room was NOT same as shown on ads when booking hotel. Actual family room was from the 70ths and smelled musty and old. We didn’t dare to take shoes off thinking what might be hidden inside the old wall to wall carpet.
Breakfast was really nice. Dinner was very good. Service was good though.

Room a little small, broken bed foot.
Bathroom and room were super small, we couldn't even fit 1 overnight bag. Bathroom looked a lot like a toilet in an airplane. Considering the price-quality ratio very much money. Breakfast except for the fresh orange juice very minimal.
