Restaurant Aquilon

Major problem with the toilet – impossible to get in and close the door! So, disappointed with the room, although the restaurant was very good. No Wi-Fi connection from our room, no secure parking, and not enough spaces! Not up to 4-star standards.

In Zukunft müssen aber so manche Kleinigkeiten im Außengelände besser gepflegt und repariert werden (z.B. Türe zum Pool, Loungemöbel, Weg der Waschbetonsteine), die Sauberkeit der Fenster in der Junior Suite muss einen höheren Standard haben, so manche Ecken im Appartment und in der Lobby sollten etwas besser gereinigt werden (u.a. die Rollos) werden. Der Reinigungsservice ist trotzdem gut - immer neue Hand- und Duschtücher. Auch gab es immer Handtücher für den Pool.
Im Zuge des Frühstücks dürfen die Bedienungen auch etwas aufmerksamer sein, für den Fall, dass Croissants und/oder Marmeladen und Nutella ausgegangen bzw. der O-Saft oder die Milch im Kaffeeautomaten leer sind. Es wurde selbstverständlich alles umgehend aufgefüllt, allerdings immer erst auf Hinweis oder Nachfrage.
Insgesamt sind wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal - auch außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten!
Grundsätzlich darf auch mal etwas nicht so top top top sein und trotzdem darf man zufrieden sein. Wir würden es nochmal buchen! Danke für den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus.

A very beautiful complex with a very nice swimming pool, and the staff were very attentive.

Free parking in front of the hotel, food was very good and great value for money (for the daily menu), very clean, clean pool, unfortunately a bit chilly due to the constant wind.

There was no iron for the clothes being a 4 star hotel. People with whom I interacted seemed to me less welcoming.

A very warm welcome in a charming and well-equipped hotel. The swimming pool is a big plus.

We had a very pleasant weekend at this hotel. Despite the heatwave, we slept very well in the air-conditioned room. The pool and spa were excellent. The restaurant offered very generous portions.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise on our journey. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was excellent and the shower room very good. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Welcoming staff, wonderful setting, spacious and peaceful room. One small observation: some of the shower sealant could be improved and one of the nightlights was wobbly. But if we return to the area, we'll know where to stay.

The hotel is decent, not brand new but well-maintained. The staff are helpful and welcoming.

Disappointed by the rooms (outdated, broken light switches...) and questionable cleanliness. The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, unpleasant smells wafted up, and the toothbrush holder was covered in fingerprints (including lip smears). Perhaps I was just unlucky during my stay, but I don't think I'll be returning despite the friendly staff and generally good food.

Breakfast is excessively expensive. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. However, there's a parking problem... on Saturday night, the entire parking lot was taken over by the bar across the street.

The hotel and services were excellent. Just one drawback: the toilets were very small.
