Restaurant NataliThe Hostellerie has three cosy and spacious dining rooms with a pretty woodland scene. The large bay windows looking onto the grounds filter through a gentle and soothing light, ideal for letting go. The tablecloths, white and soft to the touch highlight the wonderful earthenware plates. Upon reading the menu, you experience a great moment of elation. Among the favourites of the Read more moment, is the Rural starter: local white asparagus from the Geurber house in a delicate jelly, cooked like a custard with herbs. The Respectful main: wild turbot baked with lemon thyme from the garden and a fricassee of crunchy summer vegetables. The Friendly dessert: creamy mascarpone and strawberry shortbread tartlet and lime zest scented with basil and a strawberry sorbet. And soon the fateful time arrives when you must make a choice and bring it all together with one of the wonderful beverages with which the Hostellerie's cellar is so well equipped. After this, it is time to visit the chef, Jean‐Baptiste Natali, combines enthusiasm, sensitivity, eloquence and conciseness. "For me, each detail counts and each flavour must find its place in the mouth on all palates. If I have succeeded this evening in convincing you of this, I will be happy for the evening". Reduce

Logis Hostellerie la Montagne Rest. Natali
Read more r> After a small stroll in Colombey‐les‐deux‐églises, where pretty dry-stone walls and old style barns take pride of place, here you are on the path surrounded by mountains which marks the entrance to the hectare grounds in which the Hostellerie La Montagne is located. Set back from the gardens, dimmed by the curtain of pear trees this charming residence from the 17th century stands, which was, in the past, the haven of peace of the famous publicist, Jean-Claude Decaux. The Hostellerie houses 9 vast rooms, including a suite, which all have the same aim: a feast for the eyes! Each is an invitation to travel, with its own style, its colourful inspiration, its materials, etc. Altogether a promise of sophistication, beauty and irreproachable comfort. Our establishment is an ideal stopover to immerse yourself in history, on the footsteps of General de Gaulle. Reduce

A magnificent hotel, sophisticated yet understated, top quality food and drink, quirky and delightful rooms, very nice staff, perfect.
We loved it and will return. Fabulous location , rooms service and food. There were only a couple of issues for us the first was that we did not have a proper shower in our bath room and the second was some background music would have also made breakfast more pleasant and it was so quiet.
