Cuisine excelent

This hotel’s strong points are definitely its location, staff, breakfast and restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and staff was very helpful and kind for us and our kids. The restaurant was very good with high quality dinner for the right price.
The room was spacious and the bed was great. The room and annex building however really looked outdated and in the hallway of the annex was a weird odour. The whole place could really be refreshed and was a bit of a disappointment for that price. On the private parking there are two spots for EV charging (2 kwh).

A very nice hotel with very quiet rooms.

Perfect for a one night stopover before a wedding, although located a little far from the highway. The swimming pool is superb. Private parking is ideally located near the rooms. Several restaurant rooms with lots of space, very practical. The service is great. Too bad there isn't a 30€ menu in the evening.

Good family hotel with up market restaurant. The shower was worrying in that it was in the bath requiring a high step into it with no hand rail
or surface mat to prevent slipping.

A very enjoyable two night stay including an excellent dinner. Large, modern, very well equipped room in the Dames de Champagne building (with both a shower and a bath), very good choice at breakfast and enjoyed an early morning swim. Only slight criticism non-secure WiFi.

A part la qualité du personnel et la virtuosité de la cheffe (on s'est régalé !) très déçus, la chambre vieillotte a besoin d'un serieux coup de jeune, aucun porte serviettes dans la salle de bain, le papier toilette de réserve se trouve dans un tiroir de la salle de bain en dehors des wc (très pratique...) et l'assise de la chaise sur la terrasse sérieusement déchirée du coup hyper dangereux.

Exceptional restaurant, very well trained staff but a bit expensive. Still you get what you pay for and we were well satisfied

Everything is perfect . A deodorant in the toilet should be considered.

Nice hotel with a very good restaurant and food, but on the expensive side when the only choice on two nights was a 66 euro menu.

Erbarmelijke ontvangst: onze kamer bleek reeds bezet te zijn door andere persoon. Ondertussen niemand te bereiken van de receptie of van het hotel.
's Anderendaags na ontbijt: zelfs geen uitleg of geen excuses hiervoor !

Very charming and welcoming greeting followed through in service in all aspects.very comfortable and spacious accomodation in a "standing" room with an excellent shower room. We had an excellent, unhurried meal at dinner and our daughter's "menu enfant" was copious and a delicious 3 course meal. The wine list is varied and good value. The only downside is the cost of breakfast, which whilst it is adequate is nothing special.

Big problem with soundproofing the rooms, very noisy. Bedding that has already been used well, needs to be changed. Musty and musty smell in the bathroom.

Gros pb d eclairage la nuit sur le couloir qui donne sur patio conjointement à la chambre 5. Eclairage clignote par intermittence et donne sur la chambre .rideaux pas occultant. Impossible de trouver un bon sommeil. Pourquoi un tel éclairage??

Always perfect, always a pleasure to make this stop, don't change anything.

We were very pleasantly pleased with our stay at your hotel. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful, especially in the restaurant. We had a fabulous meal that exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and we will be coming back to visit again.

Very comfortable and quiet room, private parking, very good breakfast and restaurant with a varied menu. Excellent cuisine!

Very good establishment but avoid the evening stopover… I had the furthest room (even though the receptionist saw that I was very busy) the dining room is different for sales people and the menu is not very varied. Despite everything, I ate well and slept well.

Badkamer : douche in bad :zeer gevaarlijk voor senioren wegens te hoge rand.
Zwembadruimte moet meer verlucht worden : te weinig zuurstof!

Apart from the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant, the infrastructure is not at the price level!!!!

Belle chambre spacieuse et au calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et de bon rapport qualité/prix. Table décevante, trop de monde, trop bruyant et plats trop salés et peu raffinés.

Nice room with very good beds and a very nice bathroom. Very friendly welcome, very friendly staff, you really feel welcome. The dinner was of high quality, very tasty, a lot of work went into the presentation and again very friendly staff. You will find champagne everywhere, from corks to earrings. Very nice hotel where you really feel settled.

We’d definitely stay here again. Great welcome and great facilities- we loved the pool. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only slight downside was a smell of stale smoke despite it being a non smoking room.

We know the hotel from previous years and were not satisfied. The rooms are functional and clean, but furnished without a soul. Sola dinner and breakfast? the offer is simple, scrambled eggs from the tin, baguette and other baked goods are bland and pale baked, 1 service force, who was very hard, has to serve about 110 guests in a short time.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht. Hauptmotivation für die Buchung dieses Hotels war die Einstufung des Restaurants mit dem Prädikat „TASTY“. Insofern war unser Zwischenstopp ein voller Erfolg. Das Abendmenü war erstklassig. Man speist in einem geschmackvoll hergerichteten Speisesaal. Trotz voller Belegung war der Service erstklassig. Ein großes und gut eingespieltes Team. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Halbpension gebucht. Diese bestand auf 4 Gängen und stand unserem Empfinden nach dem Essen á la Carte um nichts nach. Auf den einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt waren wir durch lesen bereits vorbereitet. Dem muss hier nichts weiter hinzugefügt werden… . Auf die Ausstattung des Hotels trifft nach unserem Erachten das Prädikat „ELEGANCE“ durchaus zu. Unser Zimmer war climatisiert. Wenn auch die Möbel und das Design des Zimmers schon einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen haben mögen, fanden wir, dass das Zimmer mit dem kleinen Kühlschrank, dem Bügelbrett sowie der Möglichkeit sich auf dem Zimmer eine Tasse Tee oder Kaffee aufzubrühen und mit der kleinen Terrasse, gan z gut ausgestattet war. Wir haben uns darin wohl gefühlt. Ich bin im Pool (geöffnet von 07:00h-23:00h!) ein paar kurze Bahnen geschwommen. Alles war sauber. Leih-Bademantel gibt es gratis bei der Rezeption. Die WLAN-Verbindung war gut, aber das Internet sehr sehr langsam. Homeoffice stelle ich mir damit schwierig vor. Das Frühstück war erstklassig und nach unseren Erfahrungen für französische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich.

I have established myself in the evening every year since 2018 and the quality of service always remains at the top.

Mooie grote kamer en een comfortabel bed met goede stevige hoofdkussens. Ontbijt heel goed. Het eten in het restaurant is van een hoog niveau, overheerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Nice hotel with good and big rooms. Restaurant was also very good. In the gym it could be a little more equipments.

We arrived and everything was great. The next day the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Our car broke down so we were without food. This was not well communicated. We also found it very unhealthy that there was no shower at the sauna and swimming pool. People who came out of the sauna rinsed off in the pool. The food is fine, but if you are there for more than two days, the menu is very limited.

Wij zaten in een bijgebouw wat voor seminars bedoeld is en dit had totaal geen sfeer. De kamer is functioneel, maar was niet schoon. De douchedeur die niet dicht wilde. Het terras met de lucht van een afzuiggsysteem…

Lovely hotel in the heart of the champagne region. Perfect for a base to explore from. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast superb. Large room with really comfortable bed.

We had a very good stay, short but very good. One thing: the bathtub is not suitable for the elderly. Very slippery and dangerous getting in and out, no bars. I had to put on a towel to avoid the risks. A non-slip thing wouldn't hurt. That's the only "negative" thing to say.

Amper 1 klein flesje water op de kamer. Voor 350€ voor een nacht met half pension, zouden er toch minimum 2 flesjes aan 0.10€ per stuk moeten afkunnen.
En blijkbaar waren er goedkopere kamers, maar dit hebben ze ons niet voorgesteld. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel en vooral de sommelier.

Everything is perfect just when you are 1.95 and weigh 100kg, the twin beds......

Nice hotel. The restaurant is excellent but the rooms are old and not so fresh.

Perfect base for a weekend of champagnetasting and buying! Alot of good smalller champagne vinyards within walkingdistance! Clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and a restaurant you just have to visit at least once!

I recommend without hesitation. 2 very slight downsides: I had booked a stopover evening with a double bed in the room and I was entitled to 2 single beds and the accommodation in the annex is very good, quiet but far from the swimming pool and fitness c It's a shame, but with regard to the overall quality, it's not that important (if it's not raining!) thank you to the whole team and see you soon

A little criticism; arrival at night, it would be nice to have a parking lot and access to the lit room.

This was a really enjoyable hotel stop with great facilities. The staff were warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, though we would have preferred some simpler choices. We dont necesarily always want a gastronomic meal. The room was good, with a great shower. The bed was superbly comfortable with great linens.

We had a room in the newer building across the road. It was quiet which was good as I had asked for a quiet room, but it felt rather remote from the main hotel and it was disappointing to have to walk out in the rain to get to the hotel for the restaurant, breakfast and the pool. The room was big but really needed some more furniture as felt rather empty. A sofa would have been nice. The bathroom was good although we only had small towels. There was a key code for the entrance gates and entrance to the building but it was always open which I thought seemed rather in secure as there was no one on the reception. The restaurant was quite formal so we only ate there for one night of our stay. The pool was nice and warm.

We had a comfortable stay in a great room with big balcony.

We were in this hotel for the second time. This time we were accommodated in the opposite wing. This wing and the rooms are very modern, everything is perfect. However, you had to go across the street for breakfast. only not ideal in rainy weather. Especially annoying if you want to use the pool. Therefore, guests should be informed in advance where they will be accommodated.

Loved our two-night stay! Utilised the pool and sauna and enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. Amazing evening meal, served by exceptionally friendly and professional staff.

The food is a very good reason to book this hotel

It's good for a stopover but not for a vacation. Thank you to the staff and attention to bedding and the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

20 years ago we were also in this hotel. Back then it was a small and cozy hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Now it is a large-scale whole, but the quality has not been lost!

We found all the staff very welcoming & keen to "push the extra mile" to help wherever possible. All our requests were addressed quickly & the evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding. We hadn't had a "proper" French cuisine meal like that in France for many a year. A real delight!
