Les patrons et le personnel sont très agréable

Je recherché un bon hôtel dans la région et je n'ai pas déçu. Une très bonne adresse dans le superbe village de France de Saint-Galmier.
Cordialité, sympathie et surtout préoccupation au regard du client (j'ai oublié un objet personnel dans la chambre et j'ai été appelé par l’hôtel pour me le signaler).
Vraiment très content, étant dans le monde des affaires, cet hôtel rentre agréablement dans notre liste des hôtels à fréquenter.
Sans oublier le restaurant de très bonne qualité.

It is a very beautiful hotel full of charm where you are warmly welcomed. Comfortable bed and good table, the service is perfect and the setting is very beautiful. We park easily. Zero defect accommodation for me.

A very good stay although I had a room that was a little tight (small) for my taste, with little storage, especially in the bathroom. Fortunately, I was traveling professionally, and therefore alone in the room. the bedding was very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and attentive.

Hello, It's a very beautiful place with its inner courtyard! we eat very very well! The room I occupied lacked air conditioning (a little hot because the sun gives the afternoon on the window of the room !!) and a shower screen !!. Great service and perfect breakfast. Best regards

I only gave good for the quality of the accommodation, but it is only for a question of acoustics, because I had one of the rooms which gives directly on the door of the elevator cabin. Staying only one night, I didn't want to be "difficult" on the subject, which was the only "embarrassing" point. I will certainly come back to this establishment because everything that is offered perfectly meets my requests and expectations. I highly recommend the establishment.

Noisy room poorly soundproofed especially the floor

Excellent stopover: friendly and attentive welcome, comfortable hotel, sober and pleasant decoration, spacious room, exquisite dinner (a little small quantities) and good value for money, good regional organic wine a little too expensive (like almost everywhere in France), competent and kind service, general concern to please customers. A suggestion for improvement: offer the transport of luggage, especially for the elderly that we are and the loading or unloading of the vehicle.
