Excellent welcome and discovery of very good cuisine

A wonderful discovery. A warm welcome, the hotel is housed in a superb building that was formerly a silkworm farm. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We dined at the restaurant. Excellent, refined cuisine. The chef delighted us. Exquisite and sophisticated dishes. A big thank you. Our stay was perfect. We will return with great pleasure.

One-night stay with dinner and breakfast; we appreciated: - the hotel grounds, - the welcome, - the dinner with good quality ingredients and especially the option to choose from the menu to create a meal according to our preferences, - the variety of products offered at breakfast, - good quality bedding, spacious room.

This was my second stay at this hotel, which was taken over by a young couple in 2025, a year apart. Since then, they have improved the decor (making it more luxurious) and, most importantly, installed air conditioning in the rooms. The restaurant offers a menu featuring high-quality ingredients. They also have excellent regional wines.

An ideal location for exploring the area. Excellent food. Clean accommodation. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Excellent professional welcome, very quiet and relaxing location near the river, green surroundings, on-site parking. Very good on-site restaurant. A beautiful region to discover. Plenty of activity possibilities: swimming in the Hérault river, canoeing, hiking.

An exceptional setting, staff of exemplary and extraordinary kindness and professionalism. A dream location, a dream stopover with delicious cuisine, extraordinary wines, and a rum whose name I'm keeping secret to entice you to go.

A lovely, peaceful stopover. Warm welcome and excellent service. Beautiful garden and superb food with expertly prepared dishes. A good selection of local wines at reasonable prices. The room decor was a bit dated but very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

A truly lovely spot nestled in lush greenery, with sun loungers in the garden and by the river for relaxing, soothed by birdsong. The restaurant offers delicious dishes made with local produce.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the room was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The welcome was very warm. The meal was good, featuring quality ingredients. The wine list was original and presented in a "walk" format.

Hello, The atmosphere in the restaurant was a bit cold. The bathroom, with a bathtub (I would have preferred a walk-in shower), had a radiator that hadn't been bled and was making a terrible noise!!!! So it wasn't used.

Very pleasant welcome and very professional new management. The exterior is magnificent and very well maintained. We had dinner at the restaurant, excellent food and very good service. Only one negative point but known by the new management, the lack of air conditioning and the decor of the rooms which would need refreshing. We highly recommend this establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which I would describe as a charming hotel. The rooms are large enough, simple, but nicely appointed. Good bedding. Located in a pretty park with the Hérault flowing at its feet. Although the rooms are not air-conditioned (but have a fan), we did not suffer from the heat (even though we were there during a heatwave). Very good breakfast (which can be taken in the dining room or in the garden) - very good bread and excellent pastries, homemade jams, ham, cheese, etc. Everything to start the day well. The hotel owners and staff are very welcoming and attentive to their customers. They took over this hotel last June and intend to use the closing period to make some improvements (including adding power outlets in the rooms). We did not dine at the hotel, but the short menu reflects the use of local products and home cooking. A menu with a short selection could be interesting. It should also be noted that the rooms (1st floor) are accessible by a staircase (but easy)
