The room is very decent but overlooks a very noisy road (2 one-way streets), window doubled by a pane of glass for noise, lack of external shutters and air conditioning... In summary, during a heatwave, the room is very, very hot! Advice: ask for another exposure during hot weather! Bathroom equipment could be improved. Very good bedding.

Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast and satisfying dinner menu. We were there in a heat wave so the elevator, the bedroom fan and the little fridge helped. AC would have made it perfect. Our car stayed in the private parking and we could walk to most of the sites of le Puy en Velay.

Positive points: - Pleasant welcome - Well-located hotel allowing you to leave your car in the parking lot and go for a stroll in the city center - Spacious room with a minimum of equipment Negative points: - Room not air-conditioned - impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise of motorcycles and cars - Poorly soundproofed hotel - noisy, the room doors slam with a lot of noise, especially annoying when guests return late at night. The toilet flushes are also very noisy

We had to push very hard at the soapdispenser to have Some soap. We missed Some hygiëne products.
Parkingplace was full so we had to parc the car in another area
During checkout time the reception was unattendant, I had to wait a while to check out.

Very warm welcome. Very helpful staff. Hearty and good dinner. Spacious room (no air conditioning but a fan) and very clean. Small downside on the texture of the scrambled eggs at breakfast, much overcooked and salty, it's a detail but good cooking will make the breakfast perfect

We rented an apartment for 5 people at 300 euros a night without air conditioning. The receptionist told us to open the windows. A horrible noise from outside. A very bad night. Breakfast was extra and we took 3 main course and dessert options. They didn't even want to give us the menus, which we charged à la carte. Really not commercial!!

The meal wasn't great at all despite the very pleasant service. The main course was really overcooked and the dessert left something to be desired. The room: good except for a bathtub-shower without the possibility of having a shower mat. Also, it was impossible to hang the shower head! Fortunately, the staff members are extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. The parking: parking: a real disaster. It would be absolutely necessary to have someone to help customers park properly.

Regarding the bathroom, each room is equipped with a bath mat. If it was missing, you should have reported it to the reception desk—we would have brought one to you promptly.
As for parking, we have two: one with about ten spaces, and a second, larger one with about thirty spaces. Everything is signposted, and access is independent.

I did not wish to stay in the hotel after seeing the room. The hotel refused to refund the room (even a small part), nor the tourist tax even though I did not stay.
We regret your dissatisfaction, but we still don't understand why you refused to stay in the room, as you didn't give us any explanation on site. You left without informing us or making any request.
Under these conditions, it was not possible for us to offer a refund, even partial, of either the room or the tourist tax.

However, avoid coming with a Logis Hôtel gift card because the staff does not know how to validate it and the owner of the hotel does not hesitate to question your honesty: it is very unpleasant. ..

Reception, catering, location, nothing to say, it's very correct and the staff is helpful. I unfortunately found that my bed was infested with bedbugs. I hesitated to accept the offer of the receptionist on duty to be relocated to another room. In the end, no bedbugs in the other room and the infected room was blocked the next day, I hope the hotel will call in a specialized company!

Very good bedding
We stayed in a large apartment with a very large bedroom with a large double bed, a kitchen, dining room and living room. Two other rooms were available. The accommodation was very clean, the hotel staff friendly. The hotel is located next door, we were able to have breakfast there.

Well located and parking available
Staff were very good and very helpful. The room was clean and large. A kettle was provided but there was no socket/outlet to plug the kettle into. Indeed there was a real lack of sockets in the room. I had to plug out the tv to use the kettle and I had to put the kettle on the ground to plug it in. In addition the hotel has no air conditioning and on an extremely hot and humid night such as last night this made sleeping almost impossible. So the hotel seems to be run very well, staff and cleaning are excellent but it just needs to be updated in terms of facilities. Sockets installed or even just extension cables provided. During winter or spring or late autumn the hotel is probably very good for sleeping but on a hot night in summer it is not unfortunately. But again I stress, the staff and cleanliness are excellent. It’s almost a five star hotel let down by two problems in my view. Also I would like to point out that the Wi-Fi seemed to have been switched off at night. The outside sign was switched off and the Wi-Fi disappeared at the same time. So there was no Wi-Fi during the night at all.

Nice hotel close to the tourist center. It lacks air conditioning, a shower instead of a bathtub. During our stay there was a technical problem with the room access cards, which forced us to ask the hotel staff every time we had to return to our rooms.
It is a pity that when there was the alarm incident there was no one to explain. Otherwise the hotel is clean and comfortable.
The fire alarm went off in the morning, so no hot drinks at breakfast, distributed in the rooms on the 5th floor in the dark of night without any light or emergency exit lights and no apology from the establishment for the inconvenience caused.
Very well received upon our arrival. Non-air-conditioned room with an unfortunate fan available, impossible to leave the bay window open due to the noise in the street. Difficult to sleep. 7:30 a.m. fire alarm with power cut to the entire establishment. Descent in the dark of the 3 floors by stairs not lit by the faulty safety blocks. If the fire had been real, I dare not imagine the customers going down, panicked, the floors in complete darkness. It is simply unacceptable in terms of safety! To top it all off (breakfast without hot drinks) which is perfectly understandable, but without any explanation or contact with the staff. A bit light for a 3 star.

The lack of air conditioning is the downside of our stay... on a heatwave day... the staff was welcoming and tried to find us a cooler room but it was much too hot despite the fan. Very warm welcome and very clean and very comfortable rooms. Beautiful geographical location, close to shops, restaurants, the center and tourist attractions. We had a great stay and will come back soon. We can just advise putting a squeegee in the shower so as not to have water everywhere in the bathroom.

We were not in the hotel but in a separate room. Not possible to go on the balcony (wasp nest) the shower was spartan for a 3 star hotel, the TV which stops after 30 minutes is not worth 90 euros a night. The young man at reception was very friendly.
Booked 1 & 1/2 months ago, we got a disabled room on the 1st floor, closest to the road! The toilet paper holder not fixed and toilet paper in the shower! In short, for salespeople it's good, but for tourists looking for peace and quiet, it's really not great!
Clean hotel, not recently built, which can be seen especially in the bathroom. Disappointing breakfast (if paid €5/each for online bookings it might even be worth it, €10 isn't).

Not at all up to the standard of a 3* hotel, the studio is very small and is not a 3* hotel room at all. We would have liked to have been informed that we would be staying outside the hotel.

Pleasant hotel. Very pleasant staff. The only flaw is that the bedroom doors slam too loudly. And it's not pleasant at all. Wifi a bit of a problem, but it's orange which is faulty not the hotel
Friendly staff; comfortable bed and spacious bedroom; wifi OK; dinner was fair and breakfast good.
Our one real com plaint would be the design of the ( very attractive, modern) bathroom, where the shower, which waas wet-room style, cast water far too close to the toilet.
room 501 is in catastrophic condition. it's a shame to dare to praise her. the wind rushes inside, the curtain is in tatters, the cleanliness is average. Evening staff is rude
Hôtel facile à trouver, très proche du centre et parking disponible. Un peu déçue de mon court séjour cependant, Une légère odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, pas très agréable à l'arrivée. Des oreillers très durs et j'aurais bien aimé dans ce 3 étoiles avoir des produits de toilettes plus complets et un accueil/départ plus pétillant.

Good welcome, arrival and departure formalities are efficient, the room is spacious including the bathroom. The only downside on the latter is that there is no glass or separating facade for the shower, which means that the toilet and floor are sprayed. The dinner is well prepared, well presented, the service is fast. The breakfast is simple without fuss, with the essentials.
