Great hotel, easy to access, parking available on the street without any trouble (in February), friendly welcome, and the room was fantastic – it really had everything you could need. It was clean and beautiful, with a kettle, coffee, and tea provided. The interior was lovely. I highly recommend it; I felt very comfortable there.

Very good hotel and good food. Lack of flexibility in dinner times in the evening... 7:15 p.m. at the latest. For my part, I wasn't even hungry because I had eaten at almost 2 p.m. at lunchtime, too bad, otherwise everything else was very good.
Very good experience! The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice! We were quiet, it was perfect! Some suggestions: a small fridge in the room would be good especially when staying for several days + a small trash can on the room side, slightly firmer mattresses because we had a little back pain and check-in slightly earlier would be ideal, at 4 p.m. it is a little late
Comfortable beds, clean and close to restaurants and the sea. Nice breakfast end warm reception who was flexible to our special wishes. Our room was very hot so we had to sleep with open Windows. However, there is too much street traffic, thus noise coming from the outside. We did not sleep ver well.
Slight odor from the bathroom drains. It's a shame there's no staff on duty during the day; the inability to leave luggage is inconvenient for travelers using public transport. Relatively expensive, but I suppose that's typical of Biarritz.
Modern, very clean, and well-located hotel with a bus stop nearby. The staff was very attentive. 100% recommended, and I would definitely return.
We had a pleasant stay in this well-located, quiet, and comfortable hotel. The welcome was excellent: the person in charge of breakfast was particularly warm, attentive, and very pleasant. However, some improvements could be considered, including a better closing of the bathroom door, the elimination of individual doses at breakfast in a more ecological approach, and the installation of recycling bins in the common corridor of the rooms. There was also a slight odor emanating from the shower, probably linked to the pipes. Overall, a good stay with welcoming service and a relaxing setting.

Charming hotel in both design and decor. Good location. Very warm welcome; we were accompanied to breakfast by a very pleasant and attentive lady.
Pleasant hotel and warm welcome. Above all, ask for a room overlooking the interior courtyard to avoid street noise.
The services and furnishings were of very good quality.
Overall, a very good hotel with a very good quality of welcome. The drawbacks: the lack of parking and some difficulty finding a space at the end of the day (less of a problem in the evening). The breakfast is only sweet.
WEEKEND FOR THE BIARRITZ HALF MARATHON EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
Beautiful hotel, very warm welcome from the owners, the rooms are very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. In the morning, the person who takes care of us for breakfast is very professional and smiling, the best way to start the day.
The owners are attentive and very pleasant.

A very nice hotel in the upper part of Biarritz with a small Casino supermarket a 2-minute walk away. The welcome was very pleasant and warm, and they were very attentive to guests.
