Character hotel well located on the banks of the Loire. The furnishings and interior decoration are in keeping with the castle. The owners are welcoming and professional. The catering and breakfasts are quality. Recommended step.

Very family hotel with a very attentive team, efficient without being intrusive. Hotel which has kept its charm while integrating modern comfort (bathroom, double glazing, etc.) The rooms located "on the Loire side" offer a relaxing view. Large closed car park, space for bicycles. Hotel located just opposite one of the entrances to the Château de Chaumont: the garden festival is unique and worth the detour... and a stay there.

An establishment that transports you to another time, very nice hotel, the walls between the rooms have no insulation, so you can hear the neighbors talking!!! Beautiful view of the Loire, we were going to the Garden Festival and we only had to cross the street. Private parking with access code: very good!!!

Uncomfortable room, bed too small, no air conditioning, and noisy parquet floor, deserves renovation. on the other hand excellent restaurant. a little effort on accommodation and you should be fine, the area is so beautiful

very pretty and pleasant hotel, well placed for visits to the most popular castles and Beauval zoo, beautiful view of the Loire, for the rooms on the garden/pool side, very pleasant staff, communicative and attentive to customers, pretty room, bedding super comfortable, large, very clean swimming pool (a big plus especially with the current temperatures!), hearty lunch even for the traditional one at 9€ and tasty dinner in the evening for 29.50€, a quality/price ratio rarely seen or even at all. everything in the surrounding 3-star hotels. the only small downside: no air conditioning! but fans and bottled water are available (and the current temperature is quite exceptional all the same). very happy with our stay, we will come back without problem.

The Hotel was excellent - good rooms, General ambiance was excellent. Quality of our dinner was superb and breakfast very satisfying. This is probably our 6 or 7th visit to the Hotel and we would be very happy to go again next year.

Good welcome and good stay in this very well located hotel opposite the Chateau. Just one street to cross! Hearty breakfast available in three versions at different costs (traditional or complete or continental) which must be specified in advance. There is therefore no all-you-can-eat buffet. We get served. The very comfortable and very large bed is in a room where we regretted a faulty VMC oppressing us during the night and forcing us to open a window overlooking the very noisy street (presence of a traffic light). I say VMC and not air conditioning since the room only has a fan. The outside temperature was completely bearable and did not require air conditioning. I reported this inconvenience of VMC to reception. There is private parking quite close to the hotel in a side street.

Old-fashioned hotel with warm decor. Excellent location, 2 steps from the Loire and opposite the entrance to the castle. We appreciated the large double bedroom and the pretty garden. We were traveling by bike with two small children and the hosts were very accommodating (especially for meals for the little ones). We especially recommend the restaurant, the beautiful glazed room and the tasty cuisine.

Very good experience in a family and authentic hotel. The room on the first floor was accessible by a staircase, but without difficulty. On the other hand, the room overlooked the street, we did not feel the traffic noise which is particularly reduced at night. Very good welcome and restaurant to recommend. We highly recommend...and just opposite the entrance to the gardens of the Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire. Note that it is possible to buy reduced-price entry tickets at reception.

We got this room at the last minute. the welcome was warm! Very nice information and a secure parking space. For people with disabilities: there is no lift. But the stairs are not too steep. There is no walk in shower. It is a bathtub.

Timeless charm, friendliness of the staff, immediate proximity to the Château de Chaumont, welcome swimming pool on a hot day... In this kind of venerable house, even the rare small defects are in fact guarantees of quality. PS: If there was an electrical outlet in the parking lot to gently recharge your electric car overnight, it would be total perfection!
