Very good for one or two nights
we knew the establishment, surprise there was a bad smell in the room, change of room. For the evening meal only the daily menu was offered following a staff problem, that was not what we had known. Too bad

The restaurant is of very good quality. On the other hand, the rooms do not have air conditioning and do not correspond to a three-star classification. The rooms are ordinary.

I've been to this hotel 3 times now. unfortunately, this year I find 2 remarks to observe: - I learn during dinner that there is a room and dinner formula, but that I have not subscribed to it, so I pay full price. I think I'm responsible for it, having not necessarily read the offer when I made my reservation, but I think there was still time when I arrived to offer it to me. - I understood that it was necessary to dine very quickly to empty the room, and therefore on 2 occasions I was asked if I had finished when my plate was full.

We had to arrive late at night I made it clear in the reservation and we did not receive any additional information and when we arrived everything was closed and no one answered the phone so we had to sleep in our car on a highway area in sixty years this is the first time it happened to me and the last time I book in this hotel

A pleasant stay in this establishment ideally located for hiking or playing golf
Excellent welcome with a jovial and warm staff! I had come to Orcines to take part in the Puy de Dôme climb and I appreciated that my bike was in a safe place. We enjoyed the dishes offered in the restaurant where we were served by charming people. We also appreciated the fact that we checked out at noon only, which gave me time to take a much-needed shower after the descent in the pouring rain. Thank you and congratulations to the whole team of this hotel-restaurant, very much in the tradition of Logis and well worth the detour!

Very good stay
It was not the first time so if I come back every time I go to Clermont-Ferrand it is because the welcome and the services are always as good, good dinner, good bedding and good breakfast... In short, a stopover evening how I love them! ;)
Passing through the region for one night, we opted for the "tourist stage" formula including the room, the local menu and breakfast. The hotel is easily accessible, near Clermont-Ferrand and Vulcania. It has a large shaded private car park. Good welcome, pleasant staff. The room (twin) is simple and small but clean. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and functional. The menu offered is simple but very satisfying. It is made from fresh local produce. The food is good and quite plentiful. The breakfast is quite varied.
We chose this hotel because of the reputation of the restaurant which was excellent. The staff were welcoming and the service was very good and friendly.

The waitresses in the restaurant are really competent and helpful, they deserve to be very well paid. The meal was also perfect.
Next time we will choose another Logis de France
Pleasant hotel, just like the reception and the rooms. It seems to me that a price increase has passed (96€ for the stopover evening), which is not abnormal given the period. On the other hand disappointed by two things: 1) the rigidity of the teams when one asks to change the hot drink envisaged in the menu by a pressure 25cl with a refusal whereas good number of establishments are conciliatory. 2) During breakfast I had the distinct impression of eating leftover bread from the night before, almost hard bread, already cut and no whole fresh baguette available. Only a croissant and a chocolatine presented in the buffet. In short, a little light compared to other establishments. I still recommend the establishment, especially as the evening meal is very good and neat, but an effort must be made on the points raised.
