Hôtel vieillissant ,chambre petite
We had a great stay at your hotel, the staff is very nice and the location is ideal. Small negative point, a switch at the headboard that is triggered by a light blow of the pillow… not very practical when you move while sleeping since it triggers the light in the middle of the night. That being said, we will come back with pleasure.
Very disappointed, room with shutter and window that does not close, very old bathroom
We stayed at this hotel for one night with our two children. First of all, the welcome was warm and the setting is really nice, with a nice view of the lake that could have made our stay memorable. However, we were very disappointed by the state of the two rooms. Unfortunately, they were far from clean: hair was scattered on the floor, and there were cobwebs and spiders in the room. We sent a message to the reception to ask for a cleaning, but we never received a response. We are not looking for luxury, only a minimum of cleanliness, which, unfortunately, was not the case here. It is really a shame because the setting had everything to please, but the maintenance of the rooms leaves something to be desired. We do not recommend this hotel if you value hygiene.
good location, pleasant staff but very aging facilities
Horrible, hôtel à fuir. A notre arrivée, nous avons attendu 15 min avant que la réceptionniste arrive qui était en même temps la femme de ménage. Nous n’avons pas été accueilli mais aboyé…
Les chambres sont sales, j’ai retrouvé des ongles coupés sur la table de nuit, odeur nauséabonde de transpiration !!!! Oreiller sale avec un cheveux dessus. !!! La chambre était une cellule de prison. Catastrophique!!!!

Two single beds for a couple is average. And the motion detector connected to the light is very annoying for sleeping. In addition, no air conditioning, Otherwise, the hotel is well located. Good service but nothing more. Free parking but little space. Thank you.

Un lit double, une chaise et une penderie de chaque côté du lit donc pas de table de nuit pour poser ses affaires. Une fenêtre qui laisse passer l'air car ne ferme pas correctement et impossible de monter la température de la chambre.Déco assez vieux rafistolage, la salle de bain vraiment pas idéal, une demi baignoire assez haute et pour rentrer dedans il faut presque monter sur les toilettes. Attention sa glisse !!
Pour le même prix prenez plutôt une chambre dans une groupe d'hôtel vous y serez plus confortable.

A 2-star Logis de France just the way we like it! Welcome, cleanliness and exceptional location on Lake Annecy.
To escape the room was in poor condition. No cleaning was done, dead insects wandering everywhere it was really to die for. The reception was not at all professional. They did nothing following the comments made about the cleaning. This was by far my worst experience in a hotel!!!!!
For 131 EUR per night, we got a small, dark room, only with a very small table and just one chair. No wardrobe, only a hanger for a few clothes. In the bathroom - no heating, the shower cabin is so small that one cannot turn. Just two plastic cups. We had to ask for glasses ones and a spare toilet paper. The toilet seat was not fixed. The staff was nice, but this didn't make our stay more pleasant.

The horrible welcome because at reception they are full of having reservations made on booking.com or ebooker and prefer to have reservations directly on their hotel website. The room had odors coming up from the pipes - so when you open the bathroom door it stank so much that you prefer to leave the room Breakfast at 14.50 euros for adults and 9.50 euros for children - it didn't There was nothing to eat, no fruit, no eggs, very little bread - we were entitled to sausage, caffe, demo bread, mini croissant and pain au chocolat and orange juice and that's it. Very disappointing and even the milk was checked by reception - a real scam!!! I will come back again - the hotel is old and stinky and there is nothing to eat!!! No elevator so don't take a lot of luggage or strollers!!! The hard bed is not comfortable. No modern decoration in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
Poorly received by telephone from the first call before arriving. Minimalist explanation, very dark and old hotel. In poor condition. The rooms are in a pitiful state for me, in any case number 7 with lake view! Paid 141 euros for one night without breakfast and in a bed in my opinion out of date because it was too soft. In short, I don't recommend it. I'm the first to post positive reviews once it's good but there 0. I also go to TripAdvisor to post a comment with supporting photo.

Very disappointing. Only the view is worth it. First given room, holes in the blackout curtain and above all very damaged bathtub and still full of dirt! The receptionist gave us another room. The cleaning also left something to be desired: bathroom trash can not emptied, dirty drips on the interior bathroom door, dust in the corners, we see that the cleaning is not done as it should … the blackout curtain hides badly, awakened at 5 am by the very noisy watering of the town hall employees… the double glazing does not seem to be effective. Not very clean... Lots of negligence on housekeeping and the layout of the rooms... Outdated... the hotel is 20 years behind. And it's very noisy.
Hotel transformed into RB&B? It just lacked the key box replaced by the digicode suddenly. No face-to-face reception when arriving around 7:00 p.m. and no evening catering with breakfast from 8:00 a.m. only. (Penalizing because Pro stay) Clean rooms but maintenance not assured. Shower bar losing the bottom cover, Hair dryer broken down after 30 seconds, Windows blocked, Curtains falling on the floor. (repaired by me) Room terrace on the other hand. The price is very high compared to the service even in low season having consulted the prices displayed on the wall. Returning in the evening difficult to find the switches to illuminate the stairs and the reception. Sincerely surprised to see the Logis Logo proudly displayed because we are very far from the concept.
