Wonderful family stay at the Royal Saint Mart Hotel
Excellent hotel, beautiful, spacious and clean room, and a very good breakfast. I highly recommend it!
The experience at the hotel was very good in almost all respects. The staff at reception were especially helpful and friendly, providing us with information about buses going into Clermont-Ferrand as well as lending us an adapter, as the gauge of the sockets in our room was different from that in other hotels where we have stayed in France, and our adapter did not work. The service and food in the restaurant was also very good.
A pleasant hotel in a quiet setting, with a comfortable room and good bedding, and a new bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel itself is a bit dated in terms of decor and furnishings, but it is clean and quite pleasant.
Excellent hotel with private parking and a restaurant. Large, well-maintained, and clean room with a good bathroom. Large, comfortable bed. Single toilet without an extractor fan, but smelling like a sewer. The room lacks a coffee maker. The restaurant has a beautiful dining room and finally, tables with tablecloths (one of the few I found in nine days). Attentive, friendly service. My dish (fish) was unremarkable.
Lots of charm, high-quality welcome, a pleasant room (although small in standard format with a headboard not in keeping with the general standing of the hotel) and a high-quality restaurant (cuisine and services). Overall, I am very satisfied with this stopover.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful gardens. Interior fabulous, well cared for and room recently refurbished with skyline views. Staff amazing and only surpassed by the Hotel cat asleep in her tray on the reception desk - made me smile. Excellent service in every way: welcome, cleanliness, comfort, restaurant. Perfect. The only downside to accessing the hotel is the parking lot, which isn't easy to navigate when it's busy. But it does exist...

Lived up to expectations on almost everything the only slight downside was no bottle water in the room which normally there is

Spacious room, quality bathroom, impeccable air conditioning, clean and quiet. A little tip: install hooks to hang towels in the bathroom in addition to the towel warmer.
Pleasant and professional team who do what is necessary to meet the needs and comfort (1 month old baby), functional hotel, appreciable outdoor spaces! Downside for the parking which quickly fills up.
The entire establishment is well organized, the restaurant is very pleasant with a nice decor and layout, the kitchen has a nice menu with good products, the service is impeccable, no waiting despite the crowds, the room is very pleasant and quiet, the breakfast offers quality products in a large space and a perfect welcome. The only small downside is the parking lot fills up quickly but we still manage to park. Thank you to all the staff for our 2 days together, see you soon.
Beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery in the heart of the city.
I stopped off solo at the Royal Saint Mart, which I already knew. It's a delightful little nest, reminiscent of the heyday of this spa town. Very well located in Royat, opposite a superb historical monument and a five-minute walk from Royatonic and the Parc de la Tirtaine. The single room was bright and very clean, as was the modern and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is quiet, and the staff was welcoming. I didn't go to the restaurant this time, but I know it; the food is very good in a beautiful room. And the parking is very convenient.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the excellent food was served in the fine surroundings of the restaurant. We had booked a standard room with a large bed which was fine. The ony drawback was getting into the shower! We are fairly slim people but we had to press ourselves against the bathroom wall to get past the shower door! A simple redesign would solve the problem.
It would also have been nice if the hotel had provided complimentary water in the room.
Perfect hotel, room, and restaurant. Special mention to the restaurant servers and the breakfast staff. A mini fridge in the room would be a plus during hot weather. The number of parking spaces for cars is a bit limited, but it's manageable. In conclusion, we will gladly return.

Beautiful establishment, good food, the only downside was that the air conditioning was weak in the middle of a heatwave, but the 3 windows in my room were appreciated.
Very nice hotel with parking located in a beautiful location. The hotel allows for late check-outs, which is appreciated in the summer. The staff seems to be the strong point of the establishment, with a high level of service. I recommend it. The only area for improvement would be the appearance of the breakfast buffet, but the quality is good.

Quiet hotel, good location
Overall a good stop. Great welcome, good dinner which was efficiently served by shiva who looked after us well and had a great sense of humour. Our room, which was otherwise good, had a very old carpet and there was no bottle of water or kettle which is usually available in similar properties. Public areas good, staircases a bit tired

And throughout our short stay, we were welcomed by the server Shiva, and we very much appreciated his attention to us, worthy of a head waiter. Not much place, certainly when it is fully booked or a convention is organized, Hotel must be prepared for this and inform the customer in advance how or ware to park.

The quality of the welcome and the availability of the staff is very pleasant. We find a family atmosphere on each of our visits. Many customers are not on their first visit, this shows the pleasure of the hotel and the restaurant. With a special mention for Shiva our favorite waiter and his unfailing humor.

We spent 3 nights in this charming hotel. All the staff are kind, smiling and professional, thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Our family room was comfortable, bright and very clean. It was air-conditioned. The breakfast is very complete (bread, pastries, cereals, eggs, cheeses, cold meats, fruits, jams, honey, various hot and cold drinks ...). The restaurant is very good too. Finally, the hotel is quiet and very well located to discover the region.

The only thing missing was a small tray in the room because lukewarm tap water was not very pleasant and it was difficult to go down to the bar when you were ready to go to bed.
