Hotel chic mais qui manque d'accueil à son image (devoir composer un N° au tel pour demander le réceptionniste , c'est plutôt moyen)
Chambre et salle de bains confortables , j'aurai aimé y trouver l'eau ou bouilloire avec café soluble/thé/tisane
Manque d'accueil également en salle de restaurant (devoir patienter quelques minutes devant l'affiche de l'entrée et voir passer des personnes du service sans vous calculer ....C'est pas top!)

We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate our wedding in the small villa surrounded by a small private garden located a stone's throw from the main hotel. What to say ? Kindness, thoughtfulness, sense of welcome, professionalism, delicious meal, everything was perfect from start to finish. Another big thank you to the people who took care of us!

Nice hotel and well located for visiting Puy de Dome and also to the bus stop for visiting Clermont Ferrand. Very tasty food in a beautiful setting. Free parking. Friendly staff and everything very tidy. No refrigerator in the comfort room, which was completely renovated on the ground floor.

As soon as I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, when I was looking for a place to park my vehicle, a charming lady came to meet me and offered me the place she occupied near the entrance to the hotel. Subsequently, a little later in the afternoon, this same woman knocked on the door of my room to ask me if I was satisfied with the temperature of the room. I consider this to be the pinnacle of customer relations (concern for the well-being of the customer, politeness, discretion) In addition, the staff, whether at reception, at breakfast or at the stopover dinner, has always been very friendly, competent to be active. The quality of the evening meals was also excellent. In summary, I have excellent memories of my stay and I will treasure this address in my guide to my favorite hotels, an address that I will communicate without qualms to those around me. Congratulations to all, and encouragement to continue like this.

The price is a bit above average. Beware of access by car. The streets are very narrow and the parking spaces are limited. It is very difficult to maneuver in the streets and even more so to park near the hotel.
Impeccable table service, except that the second evening we were forgotten, we are still waiting for dessert and possibly coffee. But it is true that we are transparent people.

We booked a standard room at €99, well in advance, and chose the Royal St Mart hotel in Clermont-Ferrand because it was presented as an "Elegance hotel" and "Gourmet restaurant", with great amenities. (nice photos - rated 8.8). We were directed to a room at the end of a squalid hallway in an annex of the building (room 7). The room was far from conforming: the stale smell, the windows that did not open since the tiny TV was placed on the shelf .....) We chose not to stay. I have been a loyal customer of Logis de France for more than 10 years and I have never seen such a service. The argument of the reception is that this room is one of the few not renovated in the hotel! In this case, it would be better not to offer it to customers. Of course, the hotel was full and this forced us to find emergency accommodation which, given the late hour, cost us 158€, all the hotels displaying "full". You will understand that we would have preferred to put this additional sum in a meal at the restaurant of the hotel. Truly disappointed by this experience, I could not ignore it.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful hotel. The setting is magnificent, located near the thermal baths and 10 or 15 minutes from the center of Clermont-Ferrand. The welcome was very pleasant and the staff very professional. Nice room and very very good bedding. Breakfast on the shaded terrace where there is a superb century-old cedar tree. Maybe invest in small fridges and create a real "local" for cycling. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful building but lacks a bit of maintenance. The negative point is the decoration and especially the bathroom which does not make you dream at all especially when you are on vacation.

Very nice hotel with charm. But away from the main roads. The catering is good even if the breakfast offers the bare minimum. The most disappointing is the bedding. The mattress is small and is beginning to show the weight of years.
