Perfect for us
Adorable place! The staff, the service, everything was very good!
We stayed one night as a couple and this hotel is simply wonderful in every way: the warm welcome, the spacious room with its very comfortable bed, the excellent breakfast, the private parking, and the peaceful atmosphere. The price is reasonable, which is quite an achievement considering the quality of service. Thank you for your hospitality, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Avignon.

Friendly welcome but disappointing room. It is important to specify whether you are staying in the old house or in the small bungalows in the garden. Comfortable beds. Clean shower but very, very small room for two.

I am an Australian exploring Europe via car. This is a charming hotel set amongst cedar trees. It has a quiet and restful ambiance. There is easy car access and parking. The restaurant serves great French cuisine. All the staff were friendly and helpful despite my poor French language skills. I greatly enjoyed my two-night stay!

A truly beautiful hotel, with friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel at ease even though we're not very good with languages. The grounds are simply stunning! I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel in its original state. Everything is old. Unmaintained vegetation. The pool vacuum was left on all day during opening hours. The pool was full of leaves. My partner went under the vacuum cleaner to swim. The spa remained closed. A small gazebo for a few deckchairs so we stay in full sun. There is a small garden table in front of the accommodation (a good idea in itself if you want to have breakfast except that the cleaning lady leaves these piles of clean linen, sheets and towels on the table, making it unusable for guests. I am really disappointed, I will not return. No questions asked at reception or at checkout. The person does not care about these customers.

Christophe and the team were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has top notch gourmet food, and the dining & pool area is very relaxing. This is the perfect hideaway in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Avignon.
There was no one at the reception for more than 20 minutes at the check-in, it was unbearable to wait at the current temperature. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff to help us and they looked at the computer, what our room was and gave us the key. But I booked a room with separate beds a month ago, the hotel confirmed this opportunity for me, but there was only one large bed in the room. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaners with the question of whether we need to clean the room, do they really know that we are leaving today and do we need to clean?

Superb stay 3 nights spent at the beginning of November in this magnificent little quiet estate. Beautiful charming residence, restaurant right next door with outdoor patio and adjoining swimming pool. Other accommodations (more recent) are available within the estate. Very pleasant setting, beautiful layout, well-maintained places, private parking on site, wi-fi without problem. The room in the residence was spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Good bedding. We did not have a noise problem (which also depends on the period and the clientele). The restaurant offers very good dishes (fresh products) with careful presentation and dressing, at very reasonable prices. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money for this hotel. We appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly manager ready to chat, and the kindness of all the attentive and considerate staff. Ideal location for visiting Avignon. We recommend. From Annecy

Very bad experience, the boss was very nice to me but his racist wife lacked total respect. Waking up from breakfast. I ask for a coffee from the bar machine refuses to make my coffee because there was the lunch coffee to disrespect me by treating me like strange people, very rude, not at all helpful, while the customers after she will have served even though lunch was closed so I want to say that this is a hotel where the owner is racist and is really not pleasant. Not smiling, very bad person apart from the boss who was very professional very nice, but the horrible boss she ruined our stay our lunch is racist, I will give this hotel a zero rating

Hotel building with rooms in the garden area under good cover of mature trees. All very clean and our room (the disabled) was very modern and spacious. Air conditioning , efficient. Swimming pool is outdoor and heated and very warm. The welcome was excellent and we were immediately put at ease by the relaxed nature of the manager. Our dog was accommodated in all areas. Evening meal was delicious. Would highly recommend as a stop over or base to explore the local area. Old town is too far to walk to, and would be uphill all the way back. We found free parking near the city wall from which to see the city of Avignon.

Christophe and the team here are completely charming. The several times I have stayed with them, they always give a great welcome. I have friends in the area, so I didn't eat with them this time; however, their breakfast has been terrific in the past. My constructive suggestions to underline the quality of everything else in your establishment would be 1) A bit of spring cleaning might be done around the outside of the gites to get rid of some of the cobwebs accumulated over the winter, 2) some of the bathroom fittings are a bit loose and or worn out, ie, shower fittings and toilet seats, 3) nicer coffee making facilities in the room would also be lovely because I typically have a bit of back office work to do during my stays with you. Apart from that, just keep on doing what you are doing because I love staying with you.
